Q: What kind of soap should I use with this machine?

A: Hello Ricki, You should use only detergent and rinse additives that are designed for an automatic dishwasher and never use soap, laundry detergent or hand washing detergent in the dishwasher. Also, please note that; detergent tablets and gel packs of different brands dissolve at different speeds. Some detergent tablets or gel packs cannot dissolve and develop their full cleaning power in a compact dishwasher. For this reason, it is not recommended to use detergent tablets or gel packs with this appliance. Kind regards, Blaire

A: Hello Alan, If by panel ready you mean; is there detachable panels that can be applied to the outside of the unit to match the rest of your cabinets, I am sorry but he answer is no. Panel ready appliances tend to be more costly and that is not something we wanted to pass onto our customers. This is my second Danby countertop dishwasher - my first one lasted 14 years. And I loved it - I live in a small place with a tiny kitchen and very little counter space - using this dishwasher saves water and space - I don't have to find places to stack dirty dishes prior to washing. And the dishes are spotless at the end of the cycle! Super easy to set up (I'm almost 70 and I did it myself) - and it's quiet. Yes, I tested it out the day I received it... passed with flying colors

**Fantastic** performance, and super quiet. We sit just around the corner in the lvgrm and can barely hear it; we can watch a movie at low vol easily. Great choice of cycles, w each step explained exactly in the manual, so you can choose exactly what that load needs. Love the super short cycles for light loads.

Bought this thing March '24. It's great and cleans very well most of the time, but about 6 months into owning it, it started occasionally giving a flood warning, and cease working for a day or two. I would open the dishwasher to find water sitting at the bottom. Water would sometimes come out the back as well, no matter how much I tightened the connections. This doesn't happen very often, but the anxiety of having this thing spill water all over my floors and other appliances has caused me to stop using it.

After two wash cycles, we are pleased with its performance. Was easy to set up and is easy to disconnect. Dishes are as clean as experienced with our previous under the counter dishwasher we had in our previous apartment. Fits nicely on a role away cart since counter space is lacking in the apartment. Only wish there were some form of digital display for time remaining of the wash cycle, as well as some means to clip/attach/store the hoses to the back of the dishwasher after each use.

Easy to use and works well as expected. Fairly foolproof and low effort to use. Took up a little more counterspace than expected so it may be worth checking measurements. Has reasonable limits for capacity but gets the job done. Do recommend.

Easy to set-up out of the box and attach to our kitchen faucet. We have a small kitchen with no room for a standard dishwasher so we were excited to find this countertop model. We are seniors and we were not cleaning our dishes very well so this appliance will save water and time ultimately.

Only used a few times so far, but this is a great time saver for us during a kitchen remodel. Easy hook-up - did need to buy a seperate adapter but only because it's hooked to a washtub in the garage that has a standard hose bib thread. Cleans well (but we do a good job wiping off food before washing). Only nitpick (minor) is the Green lkight indicator for low Rinse Liquid level is ON even though we've filled the reservoir. All-in-all a great unit.
