Q: does it sanitize as well? is it antibacterial?

A: Thanks for your question. Like most dish soaps, Dapple does not sanitize or disinfect. To disinfect you either need to use some sort of chemical, alcohol, or more naturally— heat. While we do not sanitize, independent testing has proven time and time again, that we are the leading baby-friendly dish soap in the marketplace.

This would be the soap I recommend for babies if you feel the need to get a safe fragrance free option. Is it 100 percent needed?... No. Would I recommend getting it though? Yes, definitely! I only use this product on my baby items and it gets the job done! No excessive scrubbing. I can have everything sit in a soap bath and it'll be clean. It's a great product. And no harsh smell! After my baby items are washed off there is no lingering smell at all! And that's what was most important to me. Plus I didn't have to constantly rinse items worrying about soap left over. Other soaps left lingering smell and residue and I was constantly having to rinse them and sometimes soak them. Never had to do that with this brand. I'd say if you're questioning whether to buy it just buy it! You won't regret it!

I love this soap. My favorite part is that there is no distinct smell to it. I have purchased time and time again. It lasts me a while with all the breast feeding and baby lead weaning I put it through. I even use it on my items from time to time.

I purchased this because I needed a soap to clean my Invisalign trays. It’s free of scent and color so it won’t leave a strange scent on the plastic trays. So far, I really like this soap. It removes residue and film. I still use the cleaning tablets to soak my trays but I use this soap to clean my trays with a brush after soaking. This helps keep my trays very clean and free of any smell.

I need to make a review on a soap so good I face timed my mom at 0130 in the morning because I had to show her the results. I had a baby. I pretty much exclusively pump breast milk. I pump like 8 times a day. I use a lot of bottles. I use a lot of pump parts. Breast milk has fat in it. That fat/breast milk residue sticks to the sides of my pump parts and my bottles. I’ve soaked them in vinegar. I’ve scrubbed by hand. Dishwasher. All the tips tricks etc. they still always looked foggy. Previously I used good ole fashioned dawn dish soap. If it’s good enough for a duckling it’s good enough for my dishes. I thought baby soap was a gimmick. But out of curiosity I tried dapple baby soap. Because it says on the bottle something about milk residue and yall! Call me shrek because I am a believer! My socks are blown off. I am amazed. Fog be gone! My bottles are beautiful again. Anyway. If you’re looking for a good dishsoap for milk residue and foggy bottles 10/10 recommend dapple

This soap was necessary after using our beloved blue Dawn dish soap but it unfortunately made the baby’s bottles and dishes taste like soap. We switched to this soap and there’s no more soapy smell or taste to the bottles and dishes.

Kind of shocked by all the good reviews. I don’t think this is a good bottle soap at all. I’ve done my due diligence and used almost the entire container of this soap. The bottles just simply don’t come out clean after using it. It requires using so much soap for each bottle get anywhere near clean. Doesn’t matter how hard I scrub and what temperature water I use. They come out still dirty. I like that it’s clear and fragrance free, but that’s about it. I wish Target hadn’t stopped carrying the Babyganics Bottle Soap, that was far superior. We’ll be going to Amazon, I guess.
