There has been one downside, the water tanks leaks… a lot. So much so that I can’t keep water in the tank. I have to take out the water out after I make the coffee. Overall I think the machine is amazing but I was little disappointed in the shoddy craftsmanship.

Yes, it does have a learning curve, and it'll take you a little while to find the right settings for your preferred beans, but once you do it makes a lovely drink! The manual and quick start up guide are great and help even a complete beginner figure out how to get started. And I LOVE how the auto-frothing milk thing works! It does a great job, and I love that the parts are dishwasher safe AND it can go in the fridge if you have extra milk (it doesn't steam any milk it doesn't use, so it stays cold)

If I tell you how excited I was when I first got this is understatement not because of me But because of my husband. He’s seriously obsessed with making espressos and had been wanting this Espresso Machine for the longest. He’s face lit up when he saw on the table he didn’t know I got this. He has used it a couple of times and everyday it’s like he just opened it for the first time. I get to enjoy my cup of espresso everyday. I can’t say thank you enough. Best Espresso Machine. It quite noisy but it’s normal. Maintenance it’s super easy to clean.

First of all, it’s beautiful aesthetically. It is a little too tall for my counter so I will be buying a specialized hutch to make into my coffee bar. It’s easy to clean and easy to use as long as you read the directions thoroughly.

We've had our la specialists for just over two years, and during that time, we've had to send it in for repairs twice, first time it was right when we opened it. Now that it's past the warranty period, we're being told it's no longer their responsibility, but they offered us only a 20% discount on our next purchase. The machine only makes about five cups a week, and given the issues we've experienced, I feel the quality just isn't there or perhaps ours should have been replaced from the get go. Lovely machine when it works but this is very disappointing.

I’m a coffee lover and the coffee is always fresh and so good. Makes a lot of drinks including a cold brew. Easy to clean and works amazing. Don’t let me start talking about the he milk frothier that is absolutely the best! It has a coffee grinder built in it! Thank you again for this dream machine. I do not think the coffee feature is much use because after a month of trying, I could never get a full 8 ounce cup of regular flavored coffee out. It always tasted like an espresso coffee or more of an Americana.

Must make sure to rinse out the water lines for the first cycle usage. Makes a marvelous cup of coffee. I recommend this product highly. Very durable and will last.

Cons: large for small spaces and not that easy to use if you don’t have any experience with these types of coffee makers. It wasn’t that easy to put water in if you are short like me. It doesn’t have any type of handle, so it’s heavy and not easily able to be moved.

I did some research prior its coming . The whole thing looks just so gorgeous, luxurious and beautiful. The body is made of shinny stainless steel that brings shine to my coffee corner . The machine is pretty friendly to new users like me . I ran like 2 quick rinse and it was ready to use . It had built in grinder with 15 settings allows me to have a precise and consistent dose of freshly ground coffee every time so less mess and save time for me . The functions are easy to navigate and chose . The instructions help a lot in understanding the troubleshootings and after just couple uses you will find it gets easier . I myself love using the commercial style steam wand instead of the automatic frothing because I love seeing the frothed milk when it was made and I can control the level of frothing I want for my coffee . My husband he loves using the transitional Ansian way that is dripping coffee with a dripping cup , but from now he can enjoy his coffee the same way he wants but much faster and still the same taste with this new machine . There are so many possibilities ways of making a delicious cup of coffee that I’m sure we will enjoy doing it everyday .
