Q: Hi, my heater can be set maximum 84 deg only & when weather is very cold it does not seem to quickly warm up or even sufficient to heat my 12ftX12ft office. Never had such issues with other heaters.
A: Hello Satya, Thank you for your question. We're sorry to hear that your Radiator Heater is not performing to your liking. When the temperature of the room is colder, ideally, the room will take longer to get warm. Due to the exclusive design, up to 35% more heat is transferred; the more radiant surfaces in the room, the faster heat is transferred. We recommend adding more radiant surfaces in the room you are trying to heat. We hope this helps. Thank you

Q: 1. does this raidant heater have a tip over protection to turn off when it' tipped over? 2. what's the strong chemical order when it's on? I just bought this.
A: Hello Sny, No, this unit doesn't have the tip-over protection. New heaters may have a residual smell from the oils or chemicals used during the manufacturing process. These substances can release an odor when the heater is first turned on, but the smell usually fades after a few hours of use.
