I ordered fredrick and Nellie..she is on backorder but I received fredrick today..I love him, very nice statues, shipping was fast,and packaged real good..he arrived safe and is durable..I dont know why anybody would give a bad review..he sits fine on my table but he is going in my pond room and I will take pics when Nellie comes in.. Yes I would recommend ,,very nice for the price..I have him sitting on my hutch right now waiting for nellie..lol

I have just received Frederic and am absolutely thrilled to bits with him, the detail on his clothes and the fish on his hat is fabulous, I am about to purchase the medium Nelly to sit on the opposite side of my bridge over my little wildlife pond.

Frederic, the Little Fisherman of Avignon statue looks great by my tiny pond. He rests nicely on a flat rock, and his innocence and delight give me a smile; I feel young again, too. I only wish he were a little bigger and heavier, but he hasn't toppled over in any summer rains yet. Thank you, Toscano.

I bought Frederick swing fisherman this summer he fell and broke the bottom part off very thin I glued him back together he fell broke again so I ordered another one because he's so cute plan on ordering the little Fisher girl wish they were made of heavier material

Frederic is sitting on the edge of our 9'x10' fish pond and we enjoy him every day a long with our 6 year old grandson who is quite a little fisherman in his own right. Our son has bought from Toscano many times before and always was pleased with the purchases.

I originally bought this statue a few years ago but my boys had broken him. I loved him so much that i had to replace him. He is still as cute as ever. My only problem was the hole in his hand that the fishing pole needs to go into wasn't deep enough to hold the pole. Toscano sent me a new one and this one is fine. I also wish he was a little heavier. i find him floating in the pool if the winds are strong.

This precious little fisherman brought back memories of our son who recently passed away. He loved to fish from the time he was a little boy. Often while camping, he would find a little pond, did up a small stick and somehow find a piece of string. He would put everything together, sit on a rock and "cast off". I don't remember him ever catching a fish, but he was so happy and contented. Our son was fifty six when he passed and little Frederic reminded me so much of my Eddie. Thanks for the memory!!
