Q: The microphone doesn't show up in my settings to selectr as a device when I plug it in? It turns on i know because the light comes on but nothing shows up that lets me choose it as an input

submitted byRena - 2 years agoTarget expert supportA: Hey Gavin, I had the same issue. Connect the USB-C to mic & PC, and then connect a mic jack into the Heyday mic port and your line-in port at the back of your PC. Hope this helps!

Q: Hey there ! Is there a way if i can connect the microphone itself to a boom arm ? I saw that i can remove it from the tripod, but i'm not sure if i can connect it to something else. Thank you :)

Q: microphone says no jack information available, my computer detects it but i cant hear the microphone without earphone plugged in mic, it also says no mic, when i try to record.

Q: We tried a USB-C to Lightning cable so we could use the mic with an iPhone, but the mic's power light doesn't come on. Is there any way to make this work, or is it a function of the way the mic is set up?

submitted byTaylor - 4 years agoTarget expert supportA: Hi! So I’ve been doing a ton of research to find a way to create content with the mic connected to my phone and it IS possible. It’s just not ideal. You’ll need a USB hub that connects to an outlet (this will provide its power). Then connect that to the adapter for your phone and it should work :) I found an awesome YouTube video that shows how to connect any USB mic to an iPhone, I’ll link it below! https://youtu.be/IgCcB1QgpYU

Q: Hi I bought this and an having some troubles setting it up. Ive got the mic part working but when i plug it into my computer then i cant hear anything from my laptop. I am trying to use this for calls and need to be able to hear. thank you in advance

Q: Does this mic have bluetooth capabilities to connect to an iOS phone?
