Suprisingly good for being gluten free. A bit dry but I was overall impressed. I do t need to eat gluten free so I don’t think I’d try it again because of the price. What I hated was the packaging. It was super difficult to get the donut out and one of my donuts was crushed and I couldn’t get any of the pieces out.

I appreciate how healthy these are but unfortunately this flavor was not good, I am quite shocked on how many reviews liked the flavor ! I truly wish I did but the flavor was just off putting and felt like something was missing. They are a bit dry but for a healthy sweet treat the texture is tolerable.

These and the glazed ones are so delicious. This is my favorite flavor of the two, it is so delicious! It’s been over 15 yrs since I’ve been able to eat a donut because of food intolerances & allergies - so I think you can imagine how exciting it was for me to find these! Only problems are the value for the size and cost, and also just the fact that you only get 4 very small donut holes per package. It really feels like those like me are being penalized for having allergies sometimes with costs of allergen friendly products.

These are delicious, but I find that their health claims are a bit oversold and they don’t have a great value. Compared to an Entenmann’s donut hole, for example, each deaux piece has the same number of calories, 0.5g less saturated fat, 0.5g more fiber and 0.5g less sugar. I personally feel that those nutritional differences are too marginal to warrant the much higher price. They are gluten free and contain a bit of L-Theanine and B12, but I didn’t feel any effect from those added supplements. There are only four pieces in a package, which I don’t love: I think it leads to a lot of excess packaging, and it is overpriced for the size.

I can't stress enough how absolutely AMAZE these are - my go-to midnight snack or any time I craving something sweeeet. I most definitely recommend the cinnamon sugar flavors (PSA for you stomach girlies out there - they are gluten-free!)
