Purpose
Antibacterial..Directions
Use only in Dial antibacterial liquid hand soap pumps. Fill pump leaving about an inch at the top to avoid overfill. Pump into hands, wet as needed. Lather vigorously for at least 30 seconds. Wash skin, rinse thoroughly and dry.Inactive ingredients

A: We had the same experience. I wonder if it's supposed to be for one of those foaming pumps.

submitted byMamamay - 7 years agoA: This IS for the foaming hand soap dispensers. The directions under the “drug facts” tab tells you. They should make this fact more obvious, but it works as it should in the correct pump.

Q: what is the difference between this and the body wash? other than this one is significantly less expensive?

A: This item is not a body wash, it is a hand soap refill. Normally, hand soap is reccomended for hand washing only, not to be used as a body wash.
submitted bypaleo - 8 years agoA: Don't know! Perhaps because this is antibacterial and body wash usually doesn't specifically say that? Although soap and water is antibacterial, I suppose. I suppose you could use this as body wash but it is a thinner consistency than body washes usually are.

This stuff is like water. I thought my pump was getting water in it so I switched but the reality is that this products consistency is liquid. I usually buy soft soap but switched to dial this time around. Very disappointed in this brand.

They change this product! Its like water! You can't use the refill bottle because the hole is way too big. just spills all over the place. The gradients is so watered down. WILL NEVER BUY EVER AGAIN!

I have sensitive skin, and a VERY sensitive nose. I started buying the refills recently, and my usual Dial scent is “White Tea”, but my local Target doesn’t carry the regular refills in that scent (just foaming refills) – Spring Water is the next best thing. It’s a bit stronger in scent, but it’s not make it or break it.

This is my 1st time buying Dial liquid hand soap refill because the Softsoap refill that I buy is out of stock. The Dial refill is watery so it squirted all over the sink when I use it. I’ll stick with my Softsoap brand from now on.

This soap is equivalent to water. If I tip my dispenser, it comes out. My soap now has some yellow substance floating at the top. That’s hard to capture so I added a picture of the bottom. I’ve never had this issue with dial handsoap before so I expected the same Dial quality with just a different scent
