Entire reason I started buying Dial products was for the fragrance free, hypoallergenic, antibacterial liquid. Bring it back!
Get rid of the aloe!

Add me to the list of unhappy with the aloe addition. You can not label this product as hypoallergenic with the addition of aloe! Look at the reviews, so many people are allergic to aloe. This was the only soap I used and now I can’t. I break out in a rash from the aloe. Super unhappy with the change.
Please keep making it!

Please keep making this! It’s the only hand soap I can find without fragrance. I’m allergic to fragrance so I only use this hand soap.

I think it’s clear that a bunch of us HATE the aloe. We know it’s to keep things soft. We’re not unaware. The original formula was superior and I do NOT want aloe anymore. Just give me the plain unscented soap.
VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I CANNOT GET IT WITHOUT ALOE. FOR HEALTH REASONS I CANNOT USE ALOE OR A FRAGRANCE . BRING BACK DIAL COMPLETE CLEAN AND GENTLE HYPOALLERGENIC ANTIBACTERIAL LIQUID OR FOAMING SOAP. FIRST YOU STOPPED FOAMING NOW THE LIQUIID!

Bad pump

Have lways used this hand soap, but just prchased my second bottle where the pump does not work when opened. Something must have affected the manufacturing of this pump, hand soap, since for years, there was never a problem until just in the past month, with two bottles that I have purchased. This is the last time that I will purchase this Dial antibacterial pump, hand soap. It happens on the spring water and also the pomegranate, tangerine! I am hoping that they may have quality control that can look into this defect. I would like to see this problem corrected as of now I am out the price of two bottles of soap.

so my tattoo artist really recommended this brand & i did some research and supposedly they used to have a no fragrance without the aloe & the formula used to be better? anyway! using this for aftercare for your tattoos is eh, for my first tattoo it cleaned it super well and everything was healthy. however, after that, the most recent tattoo i got, i don’t know if it’s the aloe but my tattoo got infected.

I personally use this to wash under my arms. I sometimes have a problem with smell and this has worked great to kill bacteria and minimize odor. Not sure if doing this is a bad idea but I’ve been using it for a while and no irritation 🤷♀️ I think it’s great!

What happened to the original Dial Complete Clean + Gentle??? I just tried to buy some more and now all I can find is a version of this with aloe. The whole reason I changed to the Dial product was to avoid the aloe in other brands! Please bring back the original formula!

I really can appreciate that Dial came out with a fragrance free version of their soap. A lot of soaps on the market have an overpowering/artificial smell that makes it unenjoyable to use. This soap works just as well as a fragrance version without compromising the germ killing ability.

This used to be the only antibacterial hand soap people with fragrance and other dermal allergies could use, and they ruined it by changing their ingredients. Why are these companies keep doing this? Leaving us high and dry. Shame on you.

This our favorite hand soap! Our daughter has eczema and this has been perfect for her. She even leaves a bottle at school that she shares with her class. Since we switched about a year and half ago we have not had any flare ups on her hands. We love this stuff and the price compared to many eczema specific soaps. In her words (age 5) “I like that it helps my hands not turn red”
fragrance free again please

My husband's lungs was damaged by the military. We used the dial liquid antibacterial soap fragrance free. Please bring this back. We even carried it with us when we traveled. He used the liquid soap to clean his mask that he uses to go outside of the house. Please, please bring this back! The aloe may soften the hands, but we would much rather have fragrance free!!!!!!!!!
