We assembled this on Xmas Eve for my son to wake up to in the morning and the motor DIDN'T work. It went *up* only, not up, down, left, right, back & forth. We tried several batteries and realized that while it was getting power it simply did not work. Returning, and thankfully I have birthday presents in storage we could use to gift him instead, otherwise this piece of junk would have led to a sad xmas morning.

Absolute garbage. Everything is so cheap. All of the tension rod hooks are malformed so they can’t possibly hook on anything. The hook is fake, it can’t open or close. The platform option is so badly formed it can’t even hold up a matchbox car. My son was so excited to open this on Christmas morning. I felt so bad after we put it together and it such a hunk of junk. Total scam.

Broke with 2 weeks. This was actually our second one, I was hoping the broken first one was a fluke but apparently it cannot withstand being played with by kids. Totally disappointing because when it’s not broken the kids love it.

My son got this from Santa and absolutely loved it!!! But it has been one week and the crane already doesn't work. I am hoping that we just got "bad" one and the next one works because BOTH of my boys (5 and 9) love this toy! Otherwise, if all of the next one breaks as easily, I would NOT recommend... otherwise like us, you will have a sad little boy who thinks SANTA gave him a bad toy :(
