A: On the back of the clock, press and hold the Time Set button. The hour digits will flash; press + or - to set the hours. Press and hold Time Set button again to set the minutes. Press Time Set one last time to exit the setup.

A: Pick up the clock and then press and hold the clock set button to start the process. Once the hour starts flashing use the arrow buttons. Quickly press clock set button to move to minutes and once more to exit.

A: I tried following the directions but my clock won’t set the time

A: Press the alarm button once to turn off the alarm. The alarm icon will no longer be shown on the display.

A: To turn off alarm one simply press the alarm one button repeatedly until the light next to it turns off. To do this for alarm two do the same thing but with the alarm two button.

A: The clock has 2 alarms. Press and hold down the Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 button for the alarm that you want to set. The alarm time will flash on the display. Use the + and - buttons to adjust the hour then tap the Alarm button and the minutes will flash. Use the + and - buttons to adjust the minutes. Tap the Alarm button again and the snooze duration will be displayed. Use the + and - buttons to adjust the snooze duration that tap the Alarm button one last time to save the settings. A: Yes, after one hour the alarm will automatically shut off.

A: We designed it to be easy and convenient to activate the snooze or adjust the display brightness by simply pressing down anywhere on the top of the clock. To make this feature work we engineered those little buttons on the bottom of the clock that activate when you press down on the top of the clock. Thanks for your interest. A: It needs to be plugged in actually. The batteries are for saving the time and alarm settings if the power goes off. It comes with the cord and power supply to plug in.

A: The volume on the alarm cannot be adjusted.

A: Hi Warren, to set the time press and hold the time set button on the back for a few seconds till the time display starts to flash then release the time set button. Use the +/- buttons to set to the right hour. When you cycle through 12 it will switch between AM and PM (the light next to the PM icon will light up when it’s set to PM). Then press the time set button and adjust the minutes using the +/- buttons. When the minutes are set press the time set button again to set the alarm snooze time. It will start at 5 minutes and you can choose 10 or 15 as well. Press the time set button again to save the settings. Be sure to make sure that the hour is set to the correct AM/PM (the light on the front next to PM will light when the time is PM). A: If the alarm is sounding and you want to stop it. Press the Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 button (depending on which you're using). That will stop the alarm from sounding and keep it enabled to sound the next day. If you want to disable the alarm so that it won't sound again, then press the Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 button again. Pressing the Alarm buttons will toggle the alarm from being enabled and disabled. On the display next to the time there's an icon for each alarm and when the alarm is enabled the white light next to the icon will be on and it will go off when the alarm is disabled.
