Q: The clock looks bright so I would like to know if I am able to view the screen from far during the day and night or in a bright room?

In terms of your question, due to the fact that our clock's dimensions are 2” in Width and 2” in Height then viewing the screen from a distance during the day, night or even in a bright room would be very difficult to do. Rosy3664, for FYI purposes, the size of this clock is somewhat equivalent to the size of an official NHL Hockey puck. So that kind of gives you an idea of the measurements of this clock. Q: Is the alarm on the clock loud?

The loudness can vary depending on personal hearing sensitivity—some may find it sufficient, while others may find it too low. If it helps, placing the clock on a hard surface, such as a wooden or glass nightstand, may help amplify the sound. Positioning it closer to you or in a more open space may also make it easier to hear. Q: The day of the week is automatically set? Have set to Feb 1st 2025 and is displaying WED which is incorrect.

Awesome Man, in order to set the day of the week up correctly on your clock, it is important to make sure that the YEAR is correct or else the calendar will display a different day, month, year, and date. Which I believe is happening in your case. Awesome Man, before you set up the calendar, please make sure that the time on the clock is set up first. Once that is done, then you can then set up the calendar on your clock. Awesome Man, please see the following instructions below on how to set up the calendar correctly. FIRST- Press the SET button once. The display will flash the YEAR (where the time is normally displayed.) Use the +/- buttons as needed to set the YEAR. Keep pressing the + /- buttons to adjust the YEAR until the clock says “2025” where the time is normally displayed. SECOND - Press the SET button once. The MONTH digits will flash. Use the + / - buttons as needed to set the month. THIRD - Press the SET button once. The DATE digits will flash. Use the + /- buttons as needed to set the date. Q: Hi - please tell me if this clock DOES tick? I'm in great need of a clock that DOES tick!!!

Q: Is there a way to adjust the brightness when it’s plugged in, or is full brightness the only option?

The brightness that the clock gives off will provide you with the same amount of light whether or not the clock is using electricity or is being operated by batteries. Q: Hello Aaron, You previously advised me to do a hard reset to get the clock to stop blinking. That worked but now when I try to hold the light button to turn off the light the clock resets. How fix?

Casey, since the HARD RESET process appears to not have resolved the issue, then there could either be a defect inside of the clock or it would need to be reset in another manner. Q: My temperature is reading Celsius. How do I change it?
