The connection between the back and the seat part is plastic. When i tried to detach the seat back, the plastic was soft that it bended. Now it is not working very good. Very difficult to convert to backless booster when I need it to be. Regret purchase but too late for return.

The product didn’t arrive. I was told by customer service that I had to wait 4 days after it was “delivered” to do anything about it. When spending this much money on a car seat I would hope that it would show up. I have had this problem once before with another company who ships with Fed Ex and they sent me another replacement item, and it was no big deal.. I purchased from Target due to the delivery date being in a good time frame. I will not make this mistake again.
