Q: I would also like to know if the entire doll can be put in the water or just the tail?

A: Unfortunately, it's only the tail. After fully submerging a few bathtimes, my 3 year old's Ariel no longer works. Wish it had been more obvious that the whole doll could not get wet :(

A: No It will eventually stop working . Only The tail goes in the water. But who reads the direction’s? Granddaughter plays with Ariel in the bathtub and now she doesn’t work anymore.

Mu daughter was so excited to get this doll. But after a week or so of normal bathtub play, water leaked into the battery compartment and it doesn't work anymore. She is heartbroken to say the least.

Our daughter loves this doll! But after five minutes the sound started messing up. We followed all directions so this is a huge disappointment! I stayed with her the entire time so I know she didn’t accidentally break it.

The doll is beautiful, it’s durable, the colors and sounds are great. And there’s no batteries and it’s super sealed so it makes it safer socially with a baby we have. My only thing is I really wish the tail could move so she could do more with it. That was the only part she was a little bit bummed about.

She's looking forward to her bath time, no more running around at least for now, the glowing lights and red hair really make her more stunning! Overall she's living her best play.
