The stroller system itself is not that bad but I am very dissapointed with the carseat. It is supposed to fit up to 22lbs but my 16lb 5 month old no longer fits and the straps will not loosen any furthur. Very dissapointed that I now have to go out and buy a new carseat due to labels presenting false information. My LO is6lbs under the maximum and atleast 8 inches for max length and carseat is still to small. Please fix your weight and length restrictions or create carseats with longer straps, absolutely unnaceptable and I feel bad that many other parents like me who have this carseat might experience the same issue and have to go buy another carseat...

We received this product as a last min. gift from my in laws after I was put on hospital bed rest and my baby was born 6 week early. Because my baby was born so early and other medical issues she was born with we didn't get around to actually using the stroller until recently and I must say that I would not reccamend this product to anyone and my husband and I are in the process of searching for a whole nother travel system. The stroller is absolutely terrible. the wheels are constantly locking up so it's like pushing a pile of bricks, and forget about turning the stroller. Pushing one handed? nope can't do that either. And that's not all, the basket thats supposed to hold your diaper bag constantly falls apart. I actually have to carry a screwdriver in my diaper bag to fix it at least once every time I use it. The car seat is OK, but my baby acts like it's really in uncomfortable and don't get me started on that God awful lack system it has. Overall this product is completely horrendous and only adds to the stress of taking my special needs infant into public. And to top all that off I contacted their support team 2 weeks ago to see if there was anything we could do, or if my stroller was perhaps a lemon and I've gotten no response. I sent a second email last week as well still no response. we are very unhappy with this and will not be using anymore of safety 1st products from here on out.
