Disney Frozen Ice Reveal Surprise Small Doll with Ice Gel, Character Friend & Play (Dolls May Vary)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kiddo really loves any kind of dig and reveal or blind bag toy and this one did not disappoint. He loves the frozen movies and really liked how the digging tool was shaped like a snowflake. The material you dig was very satisfying to him and I didn’t find it overly messy. We liked that there were two figures for more play value.

Didn’t disappoint. Did everything it said it would do. We love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fun surprise set for kids. It’s is interactive because they have to dig the bag out of the “ice” which is a gel substance. After that there is a princess figure, a friend, and an accessory to reveal. The plastic container can be used to make a scene with the figures. My child enjoyed digging out the bag and seeing what character they got. I liked that the figure was protected from the gel by the plastic bag so it didn’t need to be washed. The gel can get a bit messy, so just make sure you are doing to reveal at a place that’s easy to clean up.

It was so firm that it was a bit difficult to get the character out and it left a big mess after my child got to it. It was also concerning what the substance was made of, which should be labeled on the package for individuals with sensitive skin or sensory issues. All in all, my child still enjoyed the experience and playing with the doll. The character itself was colorful, with good detail.

Doesn't articulate so the play time is limited with this particular toy, but she still plays with it fairly often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we decided to open this on our kitchen table on a paper plate, just to help keep down on the mess. I took the toy and explained to my daughter how to “get the toy” in the gel using the included scooper. The scooper was Frozen themed, which was cool, but as soon as my daughter started digging in she quickly found it was easier to put it down and just use her finger nails. Needless to say my wife was not very pleased with the mess this ultimately makes. My daughter on the other hand had a blast ripping into the gel to get to her surprise/toy in the gel. I think as long as you know this is gel and that it is messy going in then everyone will have a good time. If not, you could have some upset parents on your hand complaining of the mess this can make. But ultimately our daughter had a great time getting to the toy and making the mess, just make sure pet’s are not around and you have wipes and/or paper towels handy to clean up. After that the toys that come in are small but still very fun to play with.

It comes hidden in this squishy "ice" you chip away at which adds more fun for her. I will say the squishy stuff is pretty messy to cleanup after but that's ok. She got an Elsa doll with Olaf and keeps her in the clear box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The way it came packaged was very appealing to both me and my daughter. Once unwrapped, my daughter got right to work scooping. Definitely recommend having a safe surface or container to scoop the "ice" into. Once it was all scooped oit and she got the items, she loved seeing who the surprise dolls were.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a suspense to finding out who we got! Nice to have pretend gel as ice but the little pieces gets loose easily and can be dangerous for toddlers. Details were nice on Elsa! Wish the figures can move their heads n arms..

As a parent though, it was challenging to clean up as the gel pieces were microscopic and got everywhere.

The “ice” is a bit messy so I do recommend doing it on a flat table . The character and small figure have great detail and the container it came in can be reused. The “ice” is easy and fun to break for a small child but must be thrown out after.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Calling all Frozen fans!! My daughter was extremely excited to receive her new Frozen "surprise" doll. We enjoyed digging through "ice" to reveal the surprise Frozen doll. We used the pretty blue snowflake scoop to dig through the ice gel. The surprise doll we received was Anna and Olaf too! The packaging for the Frozen Ice Reveal was fun to open! The packaging included a pretty scenic backdrop to use and display while playing. Anna and Olaf were perfectly made and had all realistic features. We are super excited to add Anna and Olaf to our Frozen collection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love surprise toys so we thought this would be a hit. Unfortunately, the squishy ice just created an unnecessary mess and made it difficult to get to the toy. This comes with a tiny shovel to dig through the squishy ice and reveal the surprise. My 7 year old had a hard time getting all the gel out, and despite loving messes, she was not a fan of this. The toys inside were then inside their own little package, so that needed to be opened as well, which made the squishy ice unnecessary. It was helpful to have the toy in it's own packaging to protect it from the gel though. Our surprise was Esla, Olaf, and a tiny stuffed Olaf, which was our favorite part. The toys don't move and are pretty small, so playing with them is a little tough. They attach to the shovel which then attaches to the base of the packing and allows the toys to be displayed nicely. This would be nice to collect and display all the figure options, but it was a mess that wasn't really needed and it is very small.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My child saw a commercial for the Disney Frozen Ice Reveal toy on tv and immediately was excited about it. The squishy ice was something new for us to play with. You can use the snowflake scoop to get the gel ice off of the packets with the toys. We got Anna and a baby Sven. We used the snowflake to break up the gel into smaller ice pieces to play with and my child really enjoyed that! We buried Sven in the ice, and my child scooped and played in the squishy ice for quite a while. It spreads around and definitely took time to clean up afterwards. After rising the toy parts off, they all fit inside the container which is nice so things don't get lost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter was absolutely thrilled with this toy as it was both experiential AND a fun figure to display and play with afterward. The Ice Reveal set comes with a small shovel-like tool to dig the figure out from a cold, gel-like substance that looks like ice! I recommend using a cookie sheet to contain the mess however this substance is water-soluble and cleaned up easily! Inside the "ice" is a nice quality figure with accessories that can be played with or displayed in the container that held the ice. This was a fun and versatile toy that my daughter enjoyed and begged for another!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Disney Frozen Ice Reveal with Squishy Ice made quite an entrance in my house. The 'Squishy Ice' is not that "squishy" and took my daughter a while to dig out the toy. It also made a large mess (lots of little chunks) that I had to clean up with a vacuum. The figurine was sealed, so it was exciting opening it up. There was an element of surprise to this toy, however the mess outweighs the fun in my opinion.

I also liked the stand that you can put them on with the background for later (to display if your child lets you do so). Biggest con is the gel that it comes in. It is alluring but messy 🤣

You had to dig the character that you got out of the fake snow. Once you took all the fake snow out you would get one of four characters and in her case she got Ana.
