Our family enjoyed waffles from this waffle maker for the first time this morning. This bubble waffle maker is different than traditional Mickey waffles. This maker produces a thinner waffle that you can then form into your very own Mickey waffle cone and serve with the filling of your choice. My kids preferred them with strawberries. When pouring the batter its very easy to pour too much so remember that less is more! Otherwise, things could get messy! The waffles tasted great. Also this stylish Mickey waffle maker is bound to make any Disney enthusiast excited to have it on display in the kitchen. Would be great to use to make fancy brunch waffle cones.

Completely in love with this waffle maker! We went in expecting to have waffles that were pretty to look at but the surprise was how good they were. It's hard to describe but the texture and the "sweet crisp" on the bubbles really takes it over the top. We did ours with nutella, banana's, and berries (like in the Friar's Nook at Disney World), and they turned out great! easy to fold, and not to thick to dominate the meal. I can't wait to see what these guys come up with next!

Last year when we went to Disney World, I was researching yummy snacks and I came across a Mickey bubble waffle with ice cream in it from Disney springs. So, we tried it and I fell in love. I immediately knew that they needed to make a product like my parks waffle maker to make these amazingly cute and delicious bubble waffles. A few weeks ago I ran across an instagram add advertising that this product was coming out and they needed people to try it out. Yay!!! I was so excited!! Let me say first, this did not disappoint!! The shape is a little different than in Disney Springs, but I think it’s cuter and better. Disney Springs one pictured below. I made the recipe in the booklet and plugged it in. It does take a little trial and error to make them perfect (as you can tell from my pictures), but I finally got a pretty one. The only drawback for me would be that it doesn’t say an approximate amount of batter to put in, but I guess it could be different depending on what recipes you use. It’s true on my other waffle maker also. So, in the beginning, you won’t always get the picture perfect ones, but they will still be good. You guys. This thing is so much fun. My family and I used the included recipe and it was really tasty. It makes about 4 bubble waffles. For my family of 5, we will definitely double the batch! The Mickeys are incredibly cute and make me want to plan a vacation. The bubble waffles cook really well and are crispy on the outside and delicious and chewy on the inside. I can’t wait to host my son’s 13th birthday and enjoy these with the whole family. I would have loved if it came with a small brush to clean the hinge, but that’s the only remark I can make about it. Just like my other Select Brands waffle maker, this waffle maker is easy to use and clean and makes delicious waffles! I love the shape of the Mickey bubbles and the cute Mickey design on the waffle maker. I used my own recipes for the waffles and didn’t need to use any oil or cooking spray to grease the irons. It took me a couple of tries to distribute the batter correctly as the amount needed is different than a regular waffle, but once I got the hang of it the waffles turned out perfectly! I liked the addition of the drip tray as it caught most of the overflow, but I do wish it was a little bit larger. Overall, I’ve loved using this waffle maker and am very happy with it! OMG!!! When I saw a MICKEY Bubble Waffle Maker, I definitely had to get it to join my collection of Mickey Waffle items. I did not use any oil and the waffles came out perfectly. It uses a little less than 1/2 cup of batter to make the right size. The bubble waffle was so tasty and quick to make. From batter to cone, it was under 10 minutes. As fun as it was to make this cute treat, it was a little hard to clean after some of the batter overflowed on the backside. I wish the mold and drip tray were a little bigger to help cook any overflow and make clean-up a little easier. Since the plates are permanently installed, they do not come out to wash. Using a squeeze bottle for the batter would be so much easier than pouring it out from a spouted container as it will give you more control. I would suggest starting in the middle and working your way out. I cannot wait to make this with my nieces and nephews.

What a fun and fantastic bubble waffle maker! It makes Mickey bubble waffles just like at Disney parks! Simple to use and makes consistent bubble waffles. The box does come with some paper cones, again just like the Disney Parks and more can be ordered from Select Brands. Some notes on use...it does have a bit of a learning curve as far as the amount of batter I had to use. The first few attempts ended up with a lot of overflow. It takes less batter than you might think. The drip pan won't catch it all so see the last photo for what I came up with to catch the overflow. Another tip is to use a batter squeeze bottle to control the amount and flow. Pouring from the cup might give you too much. I made 10 of the bubble waffles for my first go round and did not need to use non stick spray. All of the waffles popped out easily. Clean up was ok but because of the miscalculation of the first few times, I had to scrub the hinges with a brush to clean them up.
