Q: Hi! I have the runner and there is blue in it. Does the smaller rug have the same, because the pictures make the others look like they don't match the runner.

A: I just got my 7x10 pand I was shocked at the light blue all over it as well! I got it on sale, so I’m going to keep it for now, but the photo is not at all accurate. I would have ordered a true neutral one like I thought I was getting.

Q: How can I throughly wash the 7 x 10? I don’t think it will fit in my washer but I want to give it a good clean and bring it back to life and color.

A: I just washed mine (7 by 10) this weekend for the first time in three years and it worked well! I would not use a standard size washing machine. I took it to a laundromat and used the jumbo industrial size washing machine on cold. I put a few pillows in to counterbalance it. I then put it in the larger size dryer in the laundromat with the pillows and it dried completely on low in about 75 minutes. The nonslip backing did shed significantly in little tiny balls, in both the washer and dryer, but I just vacuumed it really well when I got home and used a lint roller on the pillows. It now feels so soft and clean! All dirt and grime came off easily! Wish I would have done it earlier! Affordable cleaning, yay!

A: Yes you can!! Just use a low pile setting on your vacuum. It’s very low pile so easy to vacuum.

Q: Is it common for the 5 x 7 rug size to buckle in places? We have a few areas and they are at the end of the rug primarily but I am concerned the buckle with enlarge with time. Should I order another?

I bought this rug expecting to be able to wash it like the description and title say. The rug is not easly washed because it does not fit in standard washing machines and once we washed it accoring to directions it would not dry. It stayed damp for days. We finally had to throw it away.

I have used this rug in my kitchen and for areas of my finished basement. It did not hold up in my kitchen. It does not do well in high traffic and frequent washing. The nap wears down and it looks bad. In the basement which is much lower traffic they have held up nicely. I'm buying another one for down there.

This is a really nice rug. I purchased this in the store for our guest room. Online it looks just cream and darker tan but it actually has light gray blue throughout. Very neutral and so soft. Does not slide around because of nice rubbery backing.

This rug sheds all over the place. Also it becomes extremely worn looking after just a couple of months of light traffic. Washing it was a disaster- rug was matted after following instructions. I thought this looked like a lovely rug but after only 7 months, its lack of quality is evident.

Really pretty design so I thought I'd like it, but it faded to nothing so fast. Within six months the pile height is nothing, the color has faded, and it's not able to be cleaned or picked. You can see a clear line of the part that was under my couch. Really disappointed.

Pretty rug, BUT the smell is unbelievable. It’s been a week and the smell of hard-boiled eggs is just now starting to dissipate. Honestly, if I had known ahead of time that the smell would be so strong, I probably would not have bought it. I’ve bought plenty of rugs over the years and none have ever smelled so strong and so long. What makes it worse is that it’s not like it’s an easy return because I bought the 7x10. So essentially I’m stuck with it.
