It is R-faction and is a full 100mg, unlike some other brands who has actually only 70mg, even though it claims to have 100mg.

I've taken ALA for years and it has gvien me many benefits. So when I found out there was an even more beneficial version of ALA I went for it. And I'm glad I did. This is a key nutrient and I want to take the best form of it that I can.

when taking lipoic acid, Na-RALA is the way to go. i team this up with coq10 and acetyl L carnitine for maximum effect
