Q: The first question asked here was NOT answered. Can you please reply to the question of whether pet hair sticks to the blanket or if it shakes off easily. All blankets are machine washable, some hold onto hair, others do not.

Q: Does the dog hair stick to this blanket? I have a golden who sheds a lot and the fur sticks to most soft blankets. Looking for something that will easily shake off and clean.

While I understand all the negative reviews, I think that’s only IF your dog chews things like blankets, because I haven’t seen a thread come off this thing. My pitty is a chewer of many things (has ruined a couch, shoes, and takes zippers off anything he can) but so far he has left this blanket alone, and he absolutely loves it! I bought this blanket in December of 2022 and I’d say it’s definitely worth the price. I don’t understand the shedding comments, I wash this blanket frequently and haven’t had any problems with that. The only complaints I have is that it is pretty thin, and while the smells do come out when washed, it gets smelly fast and definitely holds on to the smell until washed. Otherwise, great buy! Definitely hope they keep this product in stock as I’ll be buying another when this one finally, if ever, gives out.

Not only is it soft and washable, but it’s really easy for dog hair removal! I use a basic shedding brush and all the hair comes off so easy without damaging the blanket itself. Perfect!!!

While it’s categorized as a pet blanket, I have a bought a few for human use - black lab wants nothing to do with it. While we use this as quick throw on the couch, my favorite use is bringing this on planes as temps varies. It fits in my personal bag under seat. Machine washable and I air dry this. While the price has increased the last few years, I still think it’s a great value for the quality and use.
