face shaver causes irritation. the beard trimmer works

The charging station broke after 4 months rendering the device unusable. AND i can't find out how to replace it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The electric razor is great, my only complaint is that 6mm is the longest guard

The trimmer packs quite the power punch, leaving no room for pesky hairs to stay behind. Swapping heads is quite easy and like the manual suggests...no excuse for using the same trimmer for your face and southern regions. My one qualm is the tugging feeling when using the double sided head. It pulls more than I'd like but still gets the job done.

The different trimmer sizes and heads are good for body hair as well as for trimming your beard. I didn’t worry once about getting knicked in sensitive areas. Honestly the only thing I didn’t like was that the power button is right where you’d put your index finger to hold and use it, so I kept accidentally turning it off.

There was no need to go back over the same area twice, it was completely painless (no tugging), and felt very smooth. I was always cautious using previous shavers on my face, but not with this one. The facial trimmer requires a bit more work than most when trimming your beard but that can be easily fixed with a larger razor head or more powerful blades. I also like how it doesn't irritate your skin. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for an all in one solution for your facial and body hair upkeep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate the two heads as it keeps the trimmer light and agile. Previous trimmers I've used had heads on both ends, but it forces the trimmer to be larger, heavier, and a bit unwieldy. The face trimmer was great for beards - it makes very clean lines, and the light weight makes it super easy to control. It's not a substitute for a razor, but not much gets as clean of a shave as a razer. However, it was quick, painless, and clean to shape a beard. The body head (for the 'southern' regions) I used with the closest guard attachment. It worked pretty well, but I definitely challenged it shaving my rather hairy chest for the first time. It was pain free, but in the hairiest places it took a few passes to get it trimmed down. I felt that the guard made it a little hard to see exactly where I was trimming, but overall it was fine. Also, it was pain-free; there wasn't any hair pulling or skin clips. I used the same guard on my nether regions with great success - no knicks or hair pulling. It might have even worked better than my chest shaving experience as the region was already semi-trimmed. I'm not a fan of the stand, as I don't generally like leaving things on my counter, but I appreciate the option to plug the charging cable into the stand (instead of the razor) if that's your thing. I'd prefer a usb-c cable to match all my other do-hickies, but it's not a deal breaker. The best quality by far is the small form factor and the light weight for maximum control and ease of use.

I like that it has several different attachments for flexibility on how much or how little you want to trim. The separate head for body trimming is a nice bonus though not something I was looking for or expecting. I do NOT like that it doesn't have a brick for charging and only comes with a stand. I find having a brick option nice for traveling so I don't have to carry the bulky charging base. I'm NOT a fan of the gold plastic trim, one it looks cheap, and two it gets easily scratched and will look bad after a while. Finally, when I compare it to a couple of other trimmers I have, it feels like it has a weaker motor, it doesn't sound as strong when it's running. Sounds more like when one of my other trimmers needs charging. That said, it did the job so don't want to assume it's got a weaker motor but we'll see over time.

The trimmer is very light and quiet, which is great, but at the same time it makes it feel slightly less powerful than other trimmers I've used.

Instructions suggested holding skin tight and going slowly and it worked really well for underarm hair. The trimmer is also not as noisy as my previous trimmer which is really great in echo-y bathrooms. The base is also a nice size that it fits nicely in a short depth medicine cabinet. My only complaint would be that the shaving guards are separate per length, rather than one per head + adjustable; and that they don't store in the base of the unit. Feels guaranteed I'll lose the sizes I don't use often.

Easy to use, functional, and aesthetically pleasing the trimmer feels great in your hand and looks even better on your counter top. I keep mine in full view in my office, grabbing it to touch up my beard before a zoom call or to touch up my side burns. It has plenty of power and the battery is strong and long lasting. Definitely a notch above trimmers I used in the past. Recommend.
