A: Hi! Make sure the product is switched off. Twist the shaving head attachment and then pull it off the shaver handle. When you're ready just click the trimmer attachment onto the handle and perfect your style. To attach the click-on attachment, insert the lug of the attachment into the slot in the top of the product. Then press down the attachment to attach it to the product. To remove the click-on attachment, twist the attachment and then pull it off the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rotary shaver won out. Previously, a Norelco rotary and a Braun foil shaver shared my loyalty. They were both the most expensive models. Without a need to spend over one hundred dollars, the shaver looked unlike the previous two. It charges without a cradle, and it's simpler to clean.

Battery doesn't last very long, hard to take apart the shaving heads for cleaning. For the price, no charger was included only the charge cable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shaver 5000X is a bust. Took 20 minutes to shave, and still my neck did not feel smooth. Contrast that with my Andis shaver that gives me a smooth, close shave in less than 2 minutes. I think someone with a peach fuzz type beard might perhaps put up with the 5000X, but I returned mine after trying it every day for over two weeks.

Very impressed. I don’t use it daily, in between blade shaves. Hopefully it lasts as long as my last Norelco did.

The rest is history, this is the best money that Ive spend in a long time. The shave is fast, leaving your face very smooth. No water (but you can use water with it if you want), no cream, just run the heads over your face a few times and you're done. No cuts, no mess. Im so glad that I got this.

I know that the trend is to go to USB-C, but Not all hotels have USB -C chargers capability or I do not have a laptop with me to charge it. I found an old Apple charger and I am using it to charge from an electric wall socket with the cord that you provided.

In general, I have difficulty using any type of electric as I have fairly oily skin and no matter how much I wash before shaving the shaving head does not glide smoothly over my face. I resorted to lightly powdering my face before shaving to allow the shaver to glide. I’ve used both reciprocating screen types and two rotary Norelcos (PT720 and 2000 Series)and need to use powder. This 5000x razor seems to glide somewhat more easily but I’m really not sure. I am certain of the following: the initial charge lasted an outstanding 5 to 6 weeks, it sounds and feels underpowered but, like the 2000 series that sounds weak, it shaves closer than the more expensive Norelco and screen type shavers although this may not be the case for varying beard and skin types, its heads are larger than other Norelcos, the cutters are not at the edge of the heads and make it a bit more time consuming to shave under the nostrils. I tried using it wet with shave cream and it gives me an easy, close and comfortable shave and no longer have to use powder. Overall I’m satisfied with this shaver.
