The smell also stays around and doesnt disipate at all. I ended up opening a box and leaving it in the guest bathroom just for the scent.

Our family has always been a Dove fan so was interested in trying out this hydrating bar. The soap lathers well and has a soft smell which is perfect! It didn’t cause any issues with my skin and left me feeling clean but not dried out!

It’s works just as good as the original moisturizing bar soap but has cleaner ingredients. Unlike the original it does not contain Butylphenyl Methylpropional which is banned in Europe. It’s an endocrine disrupter and possible carcinogenic. This soap is free from sulfate cleansers, parabens, and phthalates. It cleanses great without drying your skin. It has a light clean smell which I also appreciate. Great value too! Big thanks to Dove for creating this cleaner version.

The fragrance was fine. The fact that it wasn’t antibacterial stopped it from being a 5/5 for me, I can imagine other might not care about that.
