Unfortunately, like most conditioners, this one irritated my scalp — leaving it itchy and sore after use. However, it made my hair feel soft, and my husband and kids love it because it works wonders for their hair. I took off one star due to my personal experience, but if it were just based on my kids’ results, it would be a 5-star product. It smells amazing and the bottle is sleek and big. You get more than your moneys worth.

I legit wash my hair and had to wash it again with a different product, but I’ll still love Dove so I don’t know.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this conditioner 4/5 stars because in-between numbers aren’t allowed, but I would probably rate this about 3.7…not quite a 4. The smell is great, the consistency is great, and the amount in the bottle is awesome. It wasn’t TOO hard to brush my hair out afterward but I did have to use detangling spray so that automatically takes off over a star for me. That is my only complaint as I didn’t feel it was too heavy on my hair. I just felt it didn’t moisturize it quite enough.

The price is good, but it is comparable to other brands as well. The packaging is simple, which I like. It feels like you have to use a good amount of product to get results, but I have incredibly thick hair and tend to always use a lot of conditioner. My hair feels so silk after using it.
