My hair feels stronger even after only one wash — but the smell is so horrible. It’s the same scent as the classic dove bars, and it’s overwhelmingly strong.

A certain YouTuber/tiktoker recommends this to people and while it might work For her - be careful if you have low porosity wavy or curly hair!!! This is a very heavy product and my hair felt like it had a layer of film on it and it was hard to remove!! Just skip this

I normally use tresemme and gave this a try because of all the reviews of “soft hair”. Personally this didn’t make a difference from my regular shampoo and even if it did, I wouldn’t buy it again. the smell in this product is intense. It reminds me of the intensity of hair box dye smell. It’s not a bad smell per say but it dosent smell great and it was extremely strong. It made me nauseous all night and I couldn’t wait to shower and take the smell off.

Made my daughters hair soft but holy fragrance! It’s still there 2 days later and on top of that it gave me an asthma attack just by breathing it in. Why is the fragrance even necessary??

I’m 45 and have been on the search for the perfect shampoo and conditioner my whole life. I’ve bought expensive brands that seem to make hair feel good for a short lived time and then do nothing for me. I started using this because my husband with long hair swore that in the past when he used dove it made a difference on his hair. I thought sure, what does he know. I’ve been digging deep all my life for the best and it surely can’t be right under my nose for less than $10.00. But after he consecutively used it i saw a huge difference in his hair and scalp health. So I decided to start using it and my hair has never been this healthy. It’s long and usually by this length I have to cut it because it starts looking dry and brittle on the last 3-4 inches. I have been dying my hair for years too and this is a break through for me. I will say not all types of Dove shampoos and conditioner worked for me so you have to find which one is best for your hair type. The intense repair has worked wonders for me. Dove really knows what they are doing and I highly recommend these products. Thanks!

This is doing nothing good for my hair, it feels unpleasant and is hard to wring out. To top it all off, I'm losing a significant amount of hair becauseit does nothing for detangling and i cannot comb through my hair at all while using it. I'm better off using my cheap suave shampoo and conditioner.

Shampoo was ok, but the conditioner is so bad that even after excessive rinsing the hair after conditioning, a white residue layers on the scalp causing itch and discomfort. And top of it, a lot of white scales accumulated all over the hair and scalp. I do not recommend the dove conditioner personally. It just went into thrash 🥺
