It is a good medium fragrance and controls odor well. However, I'm not fond of how it feels when applying. It feels sticky. It doesn't glide on as smooth and silky as some other Dove deodorants I've used. Also, the lid gets deodorant on it when opening and closing. Overall, the container is not as ergonomically comfortable as some of their other deodorants.

I have always been impressed with Dove products and this didn't disappoint either. I smelled great all day and because it's aluminum free, my underarm didn't itch. At first, I thought the smell was very light and I was expecting more, especially because I love Sakura flowers! It reminded me a lot of the Cucumber and Green tea one, which I have been using since forever. However after wearing it for a couple of days, the scent of the Sakura starts to stand out more and I am in love! This deodorant stick gives me great protection and keeps everything dry for the whole day. I am confident to go with this one for the summer months and I will repurchase it over and over!

I appreciate that this line focuses on ingredients and vitamins to benefit the skin, as well as being aluminum free, and still performs comparably to other products containing aluminum. The almost translucent color doesn't stain or leave marks on clothes, and you don't have to wait for it to dry down or anything since it's a dry stick form. Out of the three scents I've tried in this line, this green tea and Sakura one definitely performs better than the fresh linen and sea minerals one, but still isn't quite as long lasting as the coconut and shea one. That being said, it does last through almost a full day of wear before you can notice the effects wearing off, and I'm satisfied with the performance overall. It's definitely one of the best aluminum free deodorants out there that actually works, and is a savior in summer. I definitely recommend checking it out!
