Q: How do you open this item? I threw out the box which probably had directions. I've twisted clockwise and counterclockwise without success. I pulled straight up but was afraid I would break the pump

A: Thank you for asking about our Extra Fresh Body Wash. We'd suggest unscrewing the cap to see if the tube has disconnected from the pump. You can also try holding the tube under warm water to clear any product that has dried in that area . We hope this helps!

Smells sooo good and really moisturizing on the skin. My son gets so many compliments on how good he smells when he washes with this particular scent. Love all the Dove scents from this line, but this is definitely the best smelling one in my opinion.

Prior to this body and face wash, I've used a variety of brands, This is the first body and face wash that satisfies me. Usually my sensitive skin don't agree with alot of the products. For two weeks now I've been using this product and haven't discovered any skin irritation issues. The price of the product is affordable. The extra fresh scent has a great smell. My plans are to contiue to use this body and face wash.
