Dr. Bronner's Shave Soap - Lavender - 7 fl oz

Many other products give me a rash, but I switched to this and never had another issue.

I wanted to give this a 5, but because of the smell, I can’t. I had hoped this would have smelled like the bar soap, but it doesn’t. I get this VERY distinct smell of “beef” every time I use it.. I am assuming that’s the Shikakai Powder in it? Not sure…but it over powers the Lavender scent. On a Good note, I can say it is very moisturizing and works great for shower gel and shampoo! I can see/feel moisturizing, but I find it hard to use regularly because of the beef smell ;-( I have the same issue with the Lavender Sugar soap too. I probably will through this out if I can’t return it. I definitely prefer the Lavender Bar soap the best.

It smells so good. It feels so amazing on my legs.

Doesn't feel heavy or oily. A little goes a long way which I appreciate in my shaving cream.

Great scent, easy to shave with no foam or harsh chemicals. A very clean product.

It lathers well but smells bad. I got the lavender.

Love how long this shaving gel lasts and doesn’t dry my skin out. Definitely will be a lifetime user

I love this product!! I only gave it a 4 because it really needs to be in a pump not a squeeze. I lose product every time I open the cap and that can be frustrating. That issue aside (I did transfer mine into a pump bottle) I love the smell and it works wonderfully. Will be ordering again.

This is my first time using any other Dr. Bronner's products, and I was not disappointed. It works great as a shave lotion and made my legs nice and smooth. As other reviews stated, it is verrryyy runny, so you have to be careful when uaing it or you may end up with a bunch of it all over the bathtub or floor. Despite this one thing, I am happy with my purchase and will continue to use this product.

Not buying this again until they change the packaging.

I usually use the Peppermint bar soap, however the Lavender sugar scrub is refreshing. Plus I like that there is no soapy residue on my skin when I’m done. I can’t wait to try the other fragrances.

I love this to shave with. I wish the bottle were a pump (hence - 1 star). Since this is the same consistency as the sugar soap, it quickly pours out when opening the lid or standing upright. If improvements were made, it would be 10/10

Love this shave cream. I do put it in a reusable pump as it makes it not so messy to use. Great product to shave with and no razor rash!

Love this! You only need a small amount to get a good lather. It washes off beautifully and your skins stays well moisturized afterwards.

It looks like liquid tar - thought it would be a cream

Not what I expected. Shaving soap was very thin and watery, making a gross looking mess when used.

I love the scent and premise, but the consistency is a little too runny for my liking, especially if it's used for shaving, it just goes everywhere when you dispense it from the container.

It’s a soap for sure. I’m not sure it’s a shaving soap in its current packaging. It’s really runny and needs a pump or thickened!

I was so excited to try this product, but the packaging is awful. Just upon removing the factory seal, the product started running out immediately. I closed it up and it just keeps dripping. I tried storing it upside down - still leaking out all over my shower! When I actually want to use it. SO much product pours out. So much is being wasted and going down the drain. I won’t buy this again until it comes in a better package.

I recently picked up this product to try and so far I like it a lot!! My only complaint is the cap gets messy as it’s runny but other than that it’s great! My skin feels so soft and clean after using it and the lavender smell is so nice!
