The only reason for average 4 stars instead of 5 is because idk yet how effective it’s been for my cataracts; I need surgery so my eye dr recommended ‘just any eye vitamin’ until I can have the surgery; it’s been about 6 months and my vision doesn’t seem to be getting any worse, thank goodness. I would recommend this product bc it’s herbal and natural, plus I’m sensitive to a lot of additives in otc products.

This formulation uses cayennes which was highly recommended by dr john ray Christopher when I was blissed to hear him him speak in Maui. Eyes are so important. I am using this formula with other eye nutrition

I have been using Dr. Christopher wonderful formulas since the 1980s. For years (on and off) I have used the Eyebright Formula internally and as an eye wash as per his vision support program. And Swanson's prices can't be beat.
