Place the removeable insoles against the back of your Dr. Scholl’s® insole and trim to match the old insole size. If your shoes’ insoles aren’t removeable, cut to your shoe size using the trim guide found on the bottom of your insole near the toes.
Place insoles in your shoes’ toes first with the cloth side UP. Ensure the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe.
Recommend replacing insoles every six (6) months or at first sign of wear.

Q: Are these inserts good for Sinus Taris Syndrome
A: Hello! While we have not tested for the level of benefit of our insoles for this syndrome, the pain that radiates from the area between the ankle sinus and the heel bone can be helped by reducing force on the joint area and reducing ankle sway that can elicit pain

Q: Are these good for flat feet/overpronation? The flat-feet-specific Dr.Scholl's insert might be too narrow for my wide feet, but will this wide insert have enough arch support for my flat feet?
A: Hello! Thank you for reaching out! The Dr. Scholl's Extra Support Insert for Women has more than enough arch support and product width to help your flat feet. Based upon clinical testing, you will find that these insoles help reduce foot and leg fatigue, lower back pain and help to fully support your feet in comfort all day. /Dr.Scholl's Brand Team/

Q: My most pressing issue is flat feet, but they're also wide. Are these good enough for my flat feet/overpronation or should I get the ones specifically for flat feet even though they may be too narrow?
A: Hello! Thank you for reaching out! If you have feet wider than the ladies C, then you can try the Men's insole. Beware, Men's 8 -14 is equivalent to a ladies 9 - 15 foot/shoe. If your foot is smaller than a 9, I suggest you stick to the Ladies version. /Dr.Scholl's Brand Team/
