How To Use:
1) Place insoles in your shoes’ toes first with the cloth side UP. Ensure the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe.
2) Recommend replacing insoles every six (6) months or at first sign of wear.
Why It Works:
When you are on your feet all day, your feet can experience discomfort, especially in the heel, arch and ball of foot.
Dr. Scholl’s® Tri-Comfort® Insoles provide cushioning and support in these key areas to reduce the impact of being on your feet, which can help you feel more comfortable during the day.

Q: Since these are 3/4 length are they supposed to go on top of the extisting insert or instead of? On top, bothers arch. Insert out, this insert slides. OK to use w/flat pillow insert?
A: Hi Nanci, The ¾ length insole is designed to fit on top of the existing shoe insert. We do not recommend stacking multiple insoles. A full-length insole may be a better option. If pain is a concern, one of our full-length pain relief insoles would be a great replacement depending on the type of pain. If improved comfort and arch support is desired, then a selection of our comfort-based, full-length insoles would be good. Your Shoe type also plays a role in the full-length insole choice. If work shoes, Dr. Scholl’s Massaging Gel Work. If Sneakers, Athletic Series Sport or Stylish Step inserts would be good choices. -Dr. Scholl's Team

Q: Is this a rigid insole? Thank you.
A: Our TriComfort Insole may feel a little firmer than some of our insoles, especially those with Memory Foam. However, it is by no means rigid. It features Flex-Spring technology in the arch to help it provide constant arch support yet adjust to your movement, along with the cushioning that you would expect from a Dr. Scholl’s Insole.

Q: Could I use these with high heels? I see there is a heel option, but I’m looking for more support in the ball of my foot and arch, and would prefer not to have to double up.
A: This product is not designed for high heels. We’d recommend checking out Stylish Step Insoles for High Heels or Stylish Step Ball of Foot Inserts.

Q: Will these insoles work for someone who is suffering from metatarsal pain, please? Thank you!
A: Although our Dr. Scholl's Tricomfort insoles provide comfort for the ball of the foot, they are not designed to relieve metatarsal pain. Our Dr. Scholl's Orthotics for Ball of Foot are designed for people who suffer from pain as a result of constant and excessive pressure on the ball of the foot. The small inserts sit behind the ball of the foot, allowing it to lift and separate the long bones of the arch, transferring pressure away from the ball of foot area. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a specific medical condition.

Q: Does this provide a lot of arch support?
A: Our Tricomfort insoles provide substantial arch support but still fit most shoes thanks to their 3/4 foot length design. If you have any additional questions or need help selecting the right insole for your foot, your shoe or your type of activity, please call Dr. Scholl's at 1-866-360-3226. One of our representatives will be happy to assist you.
