I bought this crib for our first grandbaby in October 2020. As you might imagine it was a special purchase and one I thought about. I want to say I have not for one moment regretted the purchase. Every time I put my grandbaby into that crib I feel like I am placing him in a comfortable and safe place. I love the look and the feel of the crib. For me the sleek design is a pleasure to look at. In October 2020 I purchased the crib and guardrail. Not sure why I did not get the conversion post at that time. This year it was time to convert the crib to the toddler bed. I contacted Dream On Me and was lucky enough to have Rahul advise me on how to attain the conversion post. The customer service was outstanding. Rahul researched which item I needed, provided a link for purchase and sent along a copy of the instructions on how to make the switch. The conversion process was easy enough. I read the instructions and took my time to ensure I was doing it correctly. As with all projects there were a few things I did not pick up on when reading the instructions (for instance-the ridged side of the barrel nut should face out so one can use a screwdriver if necessary to align the nut with the bolt). I am so happy to have the toddler bed ready for my grandbaby's next visit. I hope you find this review helpful and hope your baby and you also find joy with this crib.

Love this crib. It is solid and sturdy. Great option for mattress adjustment at different level. After placing order, we received the crib within a week time. Crib was delivered in big box, it was well packed too. Assembly was easy. We highly recommend it.
