A: Hi Driven. The Tow Truck flatbed size is 10.24" l x 6.69" w. This truck includes one car on the flatbed which measures 9.84" l x 5.12" w x 9.95" h. We only test with the Driven brand of toys and are unfamiliar with the measurements of other brands of cars. Thank you. The Battat Team

Q: How do you "lock" the tow truck base so the car doesn't roll out when driving it around? It won't stay up with or without the car in place

A: no the knob doesn't tighten and lock the flatbed and if it turns hard for an adult no way tiny fingers can do it.

Love that this provides lots of options for creative play. And while the size may be more challenging for storage, it is very fun! I do wish the knobs on the tow truck were easier to twist (which raises and lowers the back of the truck as well as the crane), and it’s hard to actually hook onto things which is a bit of a bummer. But it’s very cute.

The lever for the roll back is a bit stuff and once you put the flat bed back up to its position loaded. You have to assist the bed with being locked in .

The worst designed toy ever, all it does is cause my 3 year old frustration. It’s cheap, doesn’t work at all, I don’t even know if donating it is the right choice. Probably just the trash.

Crane does not attach well to car at all, so the hoist is basically useless, my son likes playing the truck and trailer part still so that's why I gave 3 star instead of 1

Gifted for Christmas to a 3 year old. Played with all day! Lights and crane work. Other toy vehicles can fit on the truck flatbed. It’s big, but worth it. I would not suggest as an outdoor toy.

My 3 year old son likes it, the only reason I didn’t give it five stars because the harness should’ve been designed to have the bottom hooks connect to the wheels a bit easier without coming off, my son needed help with this. But overall it’s a nice toy. Made a great present.
