A: We do not recommend lifting the Maxx Action 3-N-1 Maxx Recycler by hand, as it could cause further damage to the toy. However, if the belt has broken, please feel free to contact our customer service line, and we would be happy to send you a replacement belt.

A: Hi Ana! Thanks for reaching out! The Maxx Action 3-N-1 Maxx Recycler is designed with a motorized drive, so it will roll forward and backward for a short distance, typically just a couple of feet, before it stops on its own. If you'd like to stop it sooner, you'll need to pick it up and press the switch off. Hope that helps!

I was very surprised at how much even I liked this toy. It was slightly exspensive but the truck does so many things. My kids were obsessed and so are their cousins and friends. It lifts up the trash can and dumpster, you can fill it with toys, has all noises and lights and controls on it. Pretty rad!

My nephew enjoyed this gift very much. The truck included batteries, unfortunately we had to replace them in order for the truck to work. So, if this is a gift, I suggest to purchase 3 AA batteries along with it.

Bought this for my toddler for Christmas and he loved it, but as soon as it was out of the box with the box totally torn apart to get it out, neither the side arm or the front arm actually work properly. They only come half way up and then click and you have to help them up and then they'll finish going to and come back down. This is with them totally empty. Fun item in theory, but I might go with another brand next time.

Got this as a birthday present for my son and he loved it. However, it broke after 2 weeks due to cheap materials on the inside. The plastic chain that makes the trash can go up and down just snapped through no fault of our own. Wouldn't waste your money on this toy for only 2 weeks of use.

We didn’t realize just how loud this toy was. The cardboard box it comes in muffled the noise a LOT. There is no volume control and there is no off switch. I would not buy again nor would I recommend it.

Please please be careful when buying. I bought 2 of this brand and specifically this garbage truck and the trash can lift is already broken. It is made of thinner flexible plastic but I had hoped it would last more than LITERALLY one day. Bought this this morning and its 9pm and its broken already. I just wasted 60 bucks, I wish I knew- PLEASE save your money- since Ivve already lost mine. Great in theory but just isn't durable in any way unfortunately. This will not make it thru the day it is gifted. SAVE your money yall!
