Q: Sometimes my truck turns on and moves, but MOST of the time, it turns on but it doesn't move. Is there a trick I'm missing to ensure the truck and remote work together all the time. thanks.

A: Hi Erika_Ann_P. Please ensure to change the switch under the truck and on the remote (depending on version) to the ON/Play mode, as well as change the batteries to all new alkaline batteries. Once you have changed the batteries: Set the truck to “try me”, remove the batteries from the remote then place them back in. This will reset the controller. You will see the lights on the remote blink. You can now set the truck back to on. You will see the remote light stay on and it should work. Then please press down on the roof of the truck to establish and RC connection. The Battat team

A: Hi Rhonda. The truck with remote requires a total of 5 x AAA batteries. The truck itself comes with 3 x AAA batteries, however the 2 x AAA batteries needed for the remote control are not included. The Battat Team

It’s lasted pretty long with how aggressive my nephew plays! The battery does last very long. And the design of the car is very realistic the sounds it makes.

The lights and sounds are just perfect for this little truck. The remote works just great. The little horn sound that the remote is just very cute. The car is maneuverable and the child likes it. The speed is average. The remote control rank is not far away. You need to see the machine at all times. The price range in Inoget is different. You can find it inexpensively. Battery life is 5-6 months.

The troubleshooting video doesn’t troubleshoot at all. After following the instructions to connect the remote, the truck lights blink consistently for a minute or two. The toy is clearly supposed to be communicating a diagnostic signal but there’s no information anywhere (online, in the instructions, or in the troubleshooting video) saying what that might be. Was hoping this truck would be different, but no, this truck is just yet another complete piece of trash r/c car. The “troubleshooting” video is just rubbing salt in the wound. Thanks for nothing.

The controller is easy to handle and the truck responds well. They love the lights and the horn on the truck as well. I wish there was a button to let out the car on the tow truck part of it, but I suppose that is just asking for a part to break. Overall a real winner!

There are ramps that extend for the car to load. It's a perfect size to play with and carry around. Highly recommend!
