Q: I bought this just a few weeks ago. it has only been used inside.Now, the truck will no longer turn when you use the button to turn it. I have reset it, and nothing. the other functions all work fine.

Q: does it need a switch to turn on? I can make it sound when pushing it down but couldn't control it to run or turn

A: Hello Hai. Here are the instructions to get you started: 1. Make sure the ON/OFF switch on the monster truck is in the ON position. 2. Press on the monster truck’s roof, then press any button on the remote. 3. The monster truck will automatically go into sleep mode after 30 minutes of inactivity to save power. Wake up by pressing on the monster truck’s roof. 4. In case the monster truck disconnects from the controller, switch the truck OFF and back ON again. Then, press the RESET BUTTON on the back of the remote. Continue with step 2.

My grandson was excited to receive the truck as a gift. However, straight out of the box and putting batteries in the remote resilted in NOTHING working from the remote. I've followed all of the trouble shooting steps, including replacing all batteries, trying reset options and NO LUCK as the remote will not connect; the light on the remote never turns on. This is not a good product considering 1/3 of the reviews are 1 star. Should be zero stars since the toy doesn't work.

Very inexpensive for a reason. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but it literally gets stuck on almost flat dirt. This is Arizona dirt so I'm talking flat dry desert. And it's not spinning wheels or anything like that. It just has such a weak little motor it really can only run on very smooth paved outdoor surfaces or indoors on tile. It can barely manage carpet. Barely worth a chuckle or two so I'd say a much safer bet just buying something actually 4x4 with a bigger motor.

Hi Kara - We are sorry to hear that your Driven RC Monster Truck Blaze isn't working properly. Here are a few tips that should help to make your Driven toy work more consistently: 1. Please ensure to change the switch under the truck to the ON/Play mode, as well as change the batteries to all new alkaline batteries 2. Once you have changed the batteries, set the truck to “try me”, remove the batteries from the remote then place them back in. This will reset the controller. 3. You will see the lights on the remote blink. You can now set the truck back to ON. 4. You will see the remote light stay on and it should work. 5. Then please press down on the roof of the truck to establish and RC connection.
