Q: Can dolls be put inside and if yes what size doll fits?

submitted by Steph - 5 months ago
  • A: Yes, this bus is massive. My kids put calico critters toys and duplo people in the seats. The roof opens so they also put medium sized stuffed toys and have their heads pop out of the roof.

submitted byOxydozyga - 4 months ago
  • A: Hi Steph. The Driven line does not make a line of dolls to fit inside the vehicles and we have not tested to see if dolls will fit inside. The Battat Team

Q: What is the speed this vehicle reaches?

submitted by Hmmm - 7 months ago
  • A: I calculated the wheel rpm to be about 180 and it having a 3 inch tire translates to about 1.6 mph

submitted byLandon bus lover - 7 months ago
  • A: Hi Hmmm. The Driven RC Vehicles are not speed cars. If the School Bus has fully charged Alkaline batteries and goes in a straight line; the speed it can drive is approximately 3 miles/hour or 4.5 km/hour. Thank you. The Battat Team

Q: Everything on the school bus works besides moving forward and reverse. Instead it makes a beep when push the lever for forward or reverse. Any way to fix it?

submitted by Help - 2 months ago
  • A: Hi Help. Please change all of the batteries in the remote and school bus with brand new alkaline batteries; brand named batteries work best. If you are still experiencing issues, please reach out at the following URL and the Driven teams will do their best to assist you. URL: customercare.battatco.com. Thank you. The Battat Team

Here are the directions to get the remote and bus connected: 1 - turn the switch on the underside of the bus to the ON position. 2 - turn the switch on the remote to the ON position 3 - press the steering wheel on the bus 4 - then press any button on the remote 5 - Have fun! If the two disconnect, turn both OFF then ON and follow step 3.

I am action figure collector and photographer if you're vehicles actually had room to fit 6-in scale action figures inside in the seats you would sell to a whole new community instead of a few of us only buying for the size

Cute but not fully functional

My son got this for Christmas 2024. It looks very realistic and he loves it. All of the RC functions work… except the forward/reverse. It makes sounds, the door opens, the front wheels turn when steered, but the bus does not move. It doesn’t seem to be a battery issue. So, just know that you may end up with a fairly large toy that makes noise but doesn’t move.

It’s great while it works. Second one we’ve had since Christmas. It just stops moving. Lights come on, and it makes the noises, but it stops moving. In less than a month. Not worth $50.

My son is special needs and choosing toys he will engage with and self play with are difficult. He absolutely loves buses and vehicles! He has been self playing with this car everyday since he received it. All of the interactive parts really help to engage him! The remote has enough buttons to cause the bus to respond, so that he doesn’t get frustrated with it. Great product!

Worked great for 1 day! It drives really slow though even on hardwood floors, after 1 day it stopped turning . The door on the bus also was faulty it opened a few times out the many times the button was pressed.. I mean I loved the concept but for $50, I expected it to last a while. Disappointed

If new batteries didn't help, we strongly recommend that you take the bus back to Target for an exchange (Target makes it easy!) Sincerely, Team Battat

This was the star of our Christmas. I gifted it to my four-year-old and it was a perfect introductory RC vehicle for her. I admit that it is much larger than I pictured, but it's my fault for not looking at the dimensions. I'm glad it's as large as it is so we don't lose it. Plus, we can put small figures and toys in it for a joy ride. The batteries last a shockingly long time and the speed is just right for a younger child.

It is bigger than expected and very realistic. My children enjoy putting their toys in the bus and drive them around. I love how it is designed with young children in mind. The top slides open and my 3 yr old can easily operate it herself. The front door and stop sign are remote control operated. The roof and back door are manually operated. Do prepare 8 AA batteries because the demo batteries that came with the bus ran out in no time.
