Cleans great, but the smell stays on your dishes especially silicone. I wish I'd got unscented. Other than that it would be 5 stars. I got lemon citrus.

I bought these at a bulk refill store and while they clean my dishes well, I probably won't buy again. I hate that they're wrapped in plastic and they're more expensive than Blueland, Branch Basics, and Molly's Suds. Most importantly, they just smell weird. There's no smell before they've been used, but now every time I run my dishwasher, and certainly after I open it at the end of a cycle, I'm coming to loathe the supposed "lemon citrus" smell. It's not lemon citrus, and I may wind up giving these away.

My husband was very skeptical about this product because he didn’t think I could get the dishes clean, but we were able to prove him wrong. I love knowing my kids aren’t being exposed to the toxic, dies and ingredients in the big brand dishwasher products out there.

I have been buying dropps for years, staring with the laundry pods and eventually with the dish pods when they added them. They recently changed the formula for the dish pods. It used to be liquid-filled. Now they are filled with powder. The New dish pods NEVER dissolve fully in my dishwasher. I never used to have this problem with the old liquid pods. I used to love the old version. Now I'm very unhappy and will no longer purchase any dish pods. I have moved to Molly's Suds. I'm still grateful that the Dropps laundry pods are still liquid filled. I hope the don't change those!

I want to like these so bad but unfortunately they just don’t leave the dishes clean. Glasses especially, come out feeling all gritty inside and out. I have teen boys who drink a lot of protein shakes, and those cups are never clean, even if they rinse beforehand. I’ll keep looking for a more environmentally friendly dish washer product.

We had so many dishwasher pods left from our subscription we started a year ago. Now that we are finally out (yes almost a year later) the detergent now leaves a residue on our dishes and also smells different.

Was a cascade user for years, started dropps for laundry and tried the dishwasher ones to see if they worked as good as their other products...I've never gone back. There was a white cast build up in our dishwasher and after one cycle with Dropps it was completely gone and inside dishwasher looked brand new. These are where it's at.
