Unrealistic looking flame do not buy. Only 2 color options and looks really bad. Looks good when off but doesn't look good when on. Also doesn't heat a room. Good for show only. I couldn't return because it was already framed.

I paid the extra money for this product because it was one of the few that came as thin as I was looking for. The size is great. The flame is very frustratingly unrealistic for the price. The unit also came dented, but customer service was very helpful.

This fireplace is great. We purchased the 63"" Dynasty fireplace and we absolutely love it the way it looks in our living room . The flames are extremely real looking flames and the design is just beautiful. Very happy with the purchase. Customers service was great too and shipping was fast.

Just what I wanted!! Always hard when you order from just a photo. It was installed and hard wired and works perfectly.

Nice unit, good assortment of rocks, however, quantity is a bit lack luster. Easy install if framing. Good blower and heat combination. Only 4 setting for flame which I found disappointing. #sweepstakes

Our fireplace was exactly as described! Arrived on time and excellently packaged! It is a beautiful accompaniment to the large screen directly above it in our living room. We will rarely need the heat as we live in Florida, but it's a nice addition just in case. Adds a great deal of ambiance to our overlook look.

Easy to install...like the flame choices. Perfect size for the existing opening.

Well so far so good as far as I am concerned. I love the product and a lot of people who came to visit me (Family) love it too. And as a matter of fact, the product did his job in terms of heating.

overall the fireplace was fine......it would have been excellent except the trim piece around the fireplace was lacking about 3/16 inch of material to hide the gap left from the final install. I am now in the process to figure out how to make up for the unsightly gap....if you could resolve that little problem it would be great.

I wanted a modern looking fireplace that wasn't overly deep so that it wouldn't stick out so much in the room once installed and got just that. I was a little nervous ordering this as a few comments said the flames were unrealistic but I disagree, of course they aren't going to look exactly like a real flame but I am quite pleased! The installers didn't have problem getting it in either. Very happy with this fireplace!

Fireplace is not that bad but the dimensions of the fireplace are totally different than what is described. My project cost more bc I needed to have the wall redone. Make sure you ask for the dimensions before you buy.

It's only been in use for a couple of days but I love it! It looks so nice and gives the room a 'pop'! It gives the room just the right amount of heat. I would definitely recommend this fireplace and Electric Fireplaces Direct. So far so good. Thank you!

My only complaints are that there weren't many videos of the flames out there when I was looking, the instructions aren't as clear as I'd like, the description needs to further emphasize that it is permanent once installed and that the top third of the unit will need to be covered by a self supporting veneer of ledger stone or whatever the fireplace is made of unless it is being recessed into a wall. I would have liked a few tips for a self supporting stone face in front of the top heating unit portion. Aside from that, I'm really happy with the linear design and the flame effect. Sure, it doesn't look absolutely real, but much better than old style electric units and it does a great job imitating a modern gas fireplace. As a retiree, I'm done spending all my time taking care of a house instead of the house taking care of me. This fireplace adds a wonderful ambiance to our family room, and requires no gas or clean up every time it is used - I am loving that! I highly recommend it!

Like the look after it is built it. Would have preferred a similar fireplace without heat and easy to replace if it breaks. Being built it will require cutting stone if it needs replaced.
