Alcott 75" Landscape Electric Fireplace in White by Real Flame

This was pricey so I expected it to be of higher quality. When following the instructions and assembling, we were putting the top mantle on, and it was off by half an inch to where we had to shave down the insides of the top mantle piece just to fit it together. It also came cracked in various places. If it wasn't for this, it would be okay. There are too many gaps on the front where the 'trim' work is and it's such an eye sore that I'm going to caulk it and repaint. Terrible quality for what you pay.

The mantle can hold a lot of items. It really takes 3 people to put it together. The only thing I didn't like was that we had to drill holes for the heater. My cats love it too! 😀

The white oak detail gives it a luxury feel while also offering functionality. Not only is it a gorgeous addition to our home, the heating element works great. We have tile downstairs and it gets unbearably cold in the winter. This fireplace has been such a God send. Heats up larger areas quickly and safely. There is a variety of realistic flame settings that help set the ambience & can be used with or without heat. Also, there is a remote control so you can adjust your settings as needed or the safety timer to automatically shut off with no hassle. Assembly wasn’t too difficult, my father & I accomplished it in a day. It is very heavy so I would recommend having help just to be safe. Other than that the instructions were very clear and thorough. My overall rating would be a 5/5. Very user friendly, functional and sleek. A perfect way to elevate your home and add that extra touch of luxury. I’ve already had three family members ask me for more details & are looking to buy one. Beautiful fireplace!

The delivery guy dropped it in front of the door, and I had to ask 4 friends to carry it inside. It took time to put together, but it looks nice and expensive once put them together. Fireplace comes with a remore control, so you can change multiple colors that you like. The material seems good, and it looks fancy.

Though there was no tracking update in the app and no assistance during delivery, the product arrived in two separate packages, both complete. After reviewing the product and assembling it, here are our thoughts: Electric Fireplace: The heating performance is excellent, effectively warming areas of 60m² or more. The temperature range is from 77°F to 99°F, which offers great flexibility. There are several flame visuals to choose from, making the experience more customizable. The remote control is well-designed, easy to understand, and simple to use. Rating: 5/5. Wooden Mantel: The fireplace mantel looks stylish and trendy with its white-oak finish, likely a veneer. However, we noticed multiple imperfections, including scratches, exposed wood, drill marks, nail holes, and stains in various corners. It appears as though this was a showroom or demo unit, then disassembled and sent to us. The assembly installation took around 2 hours to complete. Rating: 3/5. Conclusion: Overall, the product is good, easy to use, and efficient. While the aesthetic quality of the mantel leaves room for improvement, we hope it proves durable over time. I also hope for better warranty information. Final Rating: 4/5.
