Too dry and heavy. Sticky and thick.

This is way to dry for under eyes. I am originally from Houston where it's humid but in Colorado now. My eyelids are very oily though but around my eyes not. This dried before I could even blend it. Even adding a little water nothing helped. I bought two of these ELF16 hour camouflage concealers was going to give the other one away. Recently, and add popped up on phone for these and I figured I would try on my eyelids to see what happened. This works very very well as an eyeshadow base eyelid primer. It dries so quickly and even my oily eyelids could not defeat it. Yeah I'm really happy about that, I didn't have to use the primer at all just put a little bit of this on and then my eyeshadow and all of my eye products, stayed on all day long. I gave this product a two stars only because it is marketed as an under eye concealer. I see that there is also a hydrating formula I know that I have seen other reviews for this 16-hour one that we're not great either, same complaint to dry. Maybe I don't know maybe maybe ELF should consider marketing as an eyelid primer as well. I would give it five stars for that hands down. I was having to use a Chanel Foundation I accidentally got for oily skin but it's expensive. I save it for when I go back home to Houston or it's humid. Was also using my Erno Laszlo SHAKE IT skin treatment Foundation which is basically powder and water. It's Settles when not being used and is filled with alcohol. It works on my eyelids but again it's also it too expensive for that and way too much alcohol near my eyes. I absolutely recommend this for an eyelid primer if your eyelids are oily. As a concealer, no I would not recommend this at all. I can't imagine how anyone unless they live in a humid climate,, it probably works very well in humid places. I live in Colorado now which is very dry here but still have a problem with oily eyelids which is fine. People always need to take into consideration when using products, not just skin type but where you live, humid or arid. That specific Chanel aqua something for oily skin, too dry here. They have another Aqua something that I had intended on purchasing but I got the wrong one. Again, it's great for when I go back home to Houston though. I will purchase a couple of more of these to have because again the best eyeshadow base eyelid primer whatever you want to call it I have ever used. I will actually call the corporate office and recommend that to them. I'm surprised it hasn't been discontinued because of its dryness and there is another option dehydrating camouflage which I will definitely check out. Okay I blabbed enough but definitely check this out if you have oily eyelids. I'm bummed leaving two stars because I really like ELF products, every other one I've tried I love, really great quality and the price is much appreciated. I hope they consider this as an eyeshadow primer.

I liked the consistency of this concealer and the shade range however it didn’t quite work for my skin. I tried the hydrating one but it felt drying.

Bought in super drug through it is cheep so il try it orange the shade you put on is pale it was even a little to pail for me well give it 5 minutes to oxidise it turns 3 shades darker patchy and transparent maybe it will be less orange on my darker girls it is a lot of product for the price but just terrible colour

blends so well, leaves a nice touch to skin, very nice

this is definitely my favorite concealer i don’t think i can do my makeup routine without it,other concealers give off a ashy hue but this one gives off the yellow tint that i need.

I’ve gotten this concealer plenary of times , it’s my go to for everyday. Works great !

I've been using this product for quite some time and it adds great coverage, and the shade blends well with my foundation.

I lost count of how long I've been using this, but I just recently downloaded the app and wanted to leave positive reviews for the products I've been using.

I’m not a huge makeup wearer but thought I’d try something for some spots on my face. WELL this works amazing! I am very impressed and will try more of the products.

I admire this product dearly and i think it is the perfect mix of combinations when it comes to color schemes and makeup application in the longwear game

i tried many concealers before but nothing really compared to this one. It suits perfectly for my skin type (dry) and imo better than the hydrating one.

It does what it needs to do but sometimes its kind of hard to blend and creases and makes my skin look dry but yea its pretty good tho

This concealer doesn’t have much coverage and it turns orange after I apply it, I’m disappointed.

I have very oily skin and this olds the oils in all day, my skin is noticeably less oily looking and it has a smooth non cakey appearance, and isn’t drying and full coverage.

It’s an amazing concealer I love everything about it I love how the product it camouflages my dark circles

beautiful coverage and works super great, only con i have with this product is that you have to work fast because it dries down really quick so not really beginner friendly but you get the hang of it

Dry’s my under eyes out and gets “caky” even if I try using less. Coverage is good, but doesn’t last so what’s the point.

cheap and works well but does open in makeup bag. i dont like that it explodes and how bug the brush is buth other than that its amazing.

I don’t really recommend this concealer. It’s very full coverage but it’s very dry on the face. You have to held it almost immediately otherwise it won’t move.
