I use lots of e.l.f. Makeup and have been impressed with the quality, so I was excited to try this. Unfortunately, it’s awful. It smells like bathroom cleaner and doesn’t feel like it does anything for my skin. I much prefer the Acure exfoliator. Also, it did not come with the pump as pictured. It has a cap to open and squeeze out the product.

i didn’t expect much of this product, just your average exfoliator but WOW. literally took off so so so much dead skin and gunk it’s insane. fast forward to the next day, my skin is so happy and not dried out in the slightest! dry skin, sensitive skin, acne and eczema girlies you NEED this. it’s perfect!

I love this product so so much!! I've been using it daily for the last (almost)4 years. If I ever get a dry patch or flaky skin (from lack of hydration) this product will rub it right away. I realize that the product itself does "ball up" but it ABSOLUTELY takes the dead skin with it!! I do miss the pump bottle because it last me a bit longer, it's still a monthly purchase for me!!

After trying hundreds (not kidding) of exfoliants, I stumbled on to this Gentle Peeling Exfoliant from E.L.F. what a game changer! I use this twice a week (I look forward to it, actually), and the experience is almost indescribable. First, after rinsing with warm water, I add a nickel sized amount, enough to cover the tips of my finger, and I get to "work". The exfoliant begins with a light creamy texture smoothing across my face, but soon the exfoliant breaks through, swirling across my face, reminding my skin has thousands of dead skin cells dying to get free. This exfoliant is the most gentle "scrubber" I have ever felt!.after a couple of minutes (combined with the realization comes from the knowledge that I have been doing this so wrong through into my mid fifties with the bliss from discovering something magical) I rinse from a skin relieved from all those dead skin cells (and who knows what other junk from th environment) to a completely rejuvenated skin with out the redness and tenderness felt from many others. Just clean, clear, more youthful skin. If I could only one thing with me for a week devoid from luggage, I would ensure I Gentle Peeling Exfoliant would make the trip. Full stop. I have finally the Holy Grail so to speak, and I'll never go back.

I just tried it for the first time. I have used many exfoliants in the past and this one is by far my fav. The texture is not rough and it's super gentle on skin. But still, it's super effective. Easy to rince. Leaves skin super clean and soft. I used it with the mask and I loved this new skincare combination!

The skin on my face is pretty sensitive so I didn't try it on my face. I use this as an all over body exfoliant before i shave and it's helped tremendously with my kp everywhere! I wish this came in a larger size! But I understand its technically made for your face

I've been searching for a legitimate peeling mask to exfoliate and rip off my nasty dead and dry skin. Every one I have seen so far has only been a rinse off mask, like this one. I did not read the directions when I purchased this because it says a peeling exfoliant right in the name, so I bought it. I was so disappointed when I went to use it and found out it was a rinse off mask. I've used it about four times since I bought it about 2 weeks ago, and I think I see or at least feel a difference in my skin which is nice. I just wanted to have that satisfying rip off of the face experience.
My new go-to exfoliator!

I have been looking for an exfoliator that does something besides rubbing rough creams on the face. This one is so smooth, and the dead skin cells practically fall off. I use it before my face wash so I can get my face free of debris afterward.

This is one of my all time holy grail products, the little eraser-shavings-like bits are so gentle but still effective. My only prior complaint was that HORRIBLE pump that always failed and left so so much product in that awkwardly shaped bottle, I am so so happy to see it's now in a squeeze bottle!!
