I thought it would the option to spray it on, but it doesn't. So I mix my moisturizer with it then apply to my face. It's not too bad, but my skin feels a bit tight after putting it on. Which I'm not keen on, but overall it's okay.

I recently remembered that I had this toner and started using it again and was pleasantly surprised that my skin was not bothered by it. I get dry skin in the winter but generally I have oily skin and some acne. However, I am realizing that when I wash my face and I just let it dry out it lacks some moisture which will cause me more challenge in the long run.

I love this toner. After the drop of Rhode's milky products, I was looking for a moisturizing toner dupe, and I figured I would look to Elf. The toner is hydrating- I put it on before I do makeup, and it provides a smooth, hydrated base for my products. Nothing mind-blowing and hasn't substantially changed my skin, but I enjoy using it daily in the morning as a wake-up hydration boost!

I got it at a drugstore, and the way to put it on is kind of difficult. I don't care that much though because the toner itself is wonderful. It goes on nicely, and it evened out my skin.

feels like a for a pretty simple affordable toner for oily skin, this might be what you’re looking for. It does have witch hazel, so if you’re into that, then you’ll love it. I found it to be calming on my skin after shaving. Definitely recommend.

I have combination skin and I am considered “mature” for skin choices as well. I wanted something that wouldn’t strip and burn my skin as The Ordinary Glycol toner which burned my skin which was surprising as I am careful as to which products I use at certain intervals. So as I had to dump the Ordinary, I chose this toner by Elf as I have had such great success with a very wide variety of their products. But as I finished my last bottle, elf has chosen to discontinue it so my hunt is back on. ☹️
