Q: I'm a brunette and want a brown pencil that doesn't have orange/red undertones. Any suggestions? Is the deep brown super dark?

A: Olga, look for a vid on YT in which someone demonstrates all colors -- they will draw a swatch of each on their forearm so you can compare the colors and see which are warm, which are cool.

I used to exclusively use the anastasia brow pencil but since trying this have been swayed completely. SO much cheaper and works just as well as the expensive versions of the same product

It’s a shame because I wanted to like this brow pencil. I bought the brunette color, which turned out to be a very bright orange color and even though I have dark auburn hair, it looked ridiculous on my dark brown eyebrows. I loved the application, it felt creamy enough, but firm enough to last. Unfortunately, everyone here is right, avoid that brunette color because it’s really orange. Don’t recommend.

With all the geat reviews, I decided to try it especially for this price. The colour was fine, it looks nice when first applied however as soon as I brushed my brows with the spoolie, most of the product disappeared. It also runs off easily so have to keep retouching my brows. Really disappointed.
