Q: Is it ok to use it on the cracked nipples during postpartum period while breastfeeding? would it be beneficial? does it needs to be washed off before giving the breast to the baby? /Mrs W

A: While it’s not formulated for breastfeeding, you can safely use Organic Skin and Scar Balm on your nipples. Since the herbs in Organic Skin and Scar Balm are not intended for internal use, a wipe off is needed before breastfeeding. If you’re looking for an option that doesn’t need to be wiped off, Earth Mama’s Organic Nipple Butter is formulated specifically to bring nipples back to their happy place without the need for a wash off.

Q: Is this for use on/effective for “old” scars, cellulite, stretch marks, etc. that are several months to several years old, and chemical burns from “lotion-type, rub-on-rinse-off-in-the-shower” hair removal creams? Thanks for your help!

It is sooo tiny! The jar is also very annoyingly shaped. Have to use a scoop to get it out so it doesn't get under my nails having to dig it out. It smells absolutely terrible. Which I know it says it's herbal and everything, but it makes me sick and the smell doesn't go away until you wash it off. It also days to apply 3 times a day! Who has time for that?? I got it for surgical scars on my breasts, so the smell is always right under my nose. Idk if it works. I've been using and see no difference. And it's so expensive for 1oz. I don't think there is anything that actual helps scars. I feel like I've tried everything. Seems like another scam.

So I have been using this product for scarring for about 2 mos and while it hasn’t made them disappear, it has seemed to reduce the appearance of the discoloration of the scars. The product smells a little weird but you get use to it and the smell fades rather quickly after application. I’ll keep using this product until the jar is empty to see the results.

I read a lot of reviews before ordering this to try on my stretch mark scars from my pregnancies. I saw a lot of people complaining about the size of the jar but didn’t think much of it. Then mine came in the mail and when I pulled it out I literally laughed! It’s so so tiny and for what I need it for I would need probably 10+ of these a month to rub all over my belly. (I’m 5’5” and 150lbs, I don’t have that much surface area) I’ll finish this one in no time so I’m assuming I won’t see a drastic change in my scarring. I will update if I do!

Lowest price I found. This salve helps with itching and healing. My c section scar is less red and looks better every day...so happy with this product!
