Q: I have a mac laptop and a PC desktop in my home. Can I download the software onto each device? Or is it a one-time download?

A: I have this same situation and found Electic Quilt sells a EQ8 Migration Quilt for under $25 on their site. This will allow you to use the same credentials on two platforms.
submitted byPhaden - 1 year agoA: If your laptop is Mac and your desktop is Windows, you will need to make an additional purchase (available on electricquilt.com) to get the installation files for the second platform. The original license is only for Windows OR Mac, not both.

A: Hello, this is a download. You will receive a box that contains a license and a booklet of information on how to claim the download on the Electric Quilt website, among other helpful resources.

Like the other reviewer I was a little hesitant to purchase the software. But I did and received the package promptly. It was a brand new sealed box with the license info inside. I just successfully downloaded the software from Electric Quilt and am looking forward to using. A great deal.

I really thought this would come in as the upgrade edition or counterfeit or something because the price is so low—but this seller is in fact selling the full version of the software for $100 off! I was prepared to return, but it totally worked. Don't know why they're giving such a deal, but I'm not complaining!
