Pelin Kohn is Leadership Program Chair and Founding Director of the Center for Leadership, Norwich University, USA. Dr. Kohn studied education in her M.A. as a Fulbright Scholar and received her doctoral degree in Leadership (Planning and Administration in Education). Dr. Kohn worked as an executive coach, designing and applying corporate workshops on leadership developments with CEOs, middle management, and novice managers to improve their leadership skills.
