I had this product for a little over a year. It worked great and left my hair nice. However, withing the last three months I have not been able to use. I've tried turning it on multiple times and there is hardly any power and a really bad burning smell.

I love this blower brush, the concept is great, but the first one I purchased stopped working about 4 months after I purchased it. Threw it away and bought another one from Target, only for this one to stop working, just like the first one I had. I love the concept, but after purchasing two and both stopped working shortly after, I would not recommend this dryer brush at all.

The tools do not remain locked on because of the heat. The plastic warps and it falls off. Also, the power switch stopped working after less than a month.

Only used the product 3 times before it broke. I turned the power from low to high, and it started making cracking noises like pieces inside were breaking off. I switched it off, and sure enough, it was broken on the inside. This is a waste of money.

I loved it!! when it worked. it broke immediately after my return date.. I’ve left it in the box ever since. It was wobbly, burned my hands plenty of times, and now it won’t turn on. I wanted to love it so badly, but it’s the same price as getting a blowout at the salon, and the same one-time use. I can’t even exchange because they don’t carry it at my store anymore. Wish I could get my money back or get another one that could work. I genuinely loved the product when it did work.

I bought this blow dryer July 2023, and just broke in pieces on me yesterday. I only used 2 out of the 4 attachments, which I’m alittle sad about. $50 blowdry that lasted about 8 months, I mean it did its job for the time it lasted 🙃

I think many of the bad reviews on this item have been due to lack of customer understanding. Many of the people complain about the attachments not staying on or clicking in. I do agree that at first I had trouble attaching the heads to the wand, but once you find the right spot to click it in, it works perfect. I am so in love with this product, and gives me the most perfect results. I never leave reviews on items, but I felt the need to for this one because of all the negatives reviews, while I had not one issue with this item.
