eLuxury Wooden Platform Bed Frame

The bed is just what we were looking for. Solid and easy to put together.

Shipped one box with two pieces of the frame but said it was shipped complete. Really glad I drove this “frame” to Michigan to put it together…what a mess. Don’t bother.

I don’t leave reviews often, but felt compelled to with this product. This was the most defective piece of furniture I have ever received in my life. Furthermore, when I reached out to customer service at target and then at eLuxury about this, to request a refund without having to return the item since it was so big and bulky and difficult to disassemble/repackage/transport, they told me this was not an option. They also did not pick up their phone during business hours, only replied to email. The item was defective in the following ways: 1) the pieces did not not fit together at all. They were raised up in the corners as a result and the mattress had an uneven surface to lay on. 2) some of the support slats were too short and would fall to the floor 3) the parts where they had screwed the side beams into the legs, had split the wood, in a part required for structural integrity 4) the center support beam was extremely unstable, would twist side to side on the floor, and also had a component that was completely splintered and split open. I’ve attached pics for reference. I ultimately disassembled the product, laid it back in the box the best I could, taped the box loosely, and physically took it to target to return it. The customer service agent doing the return had to help me unload it, and even he complained about the size of it.

I was very impressed with the quality of this bedframe. I purchased another frame from the mattress company last year and found it to be total garbage. This is solid hardwood with excellent design with the wood slats to provide a firm foundation as well. You can find fancier, nicer bed frames, but not for this price. This is an excellent value.

It’s a good bed frame but came with a lot of dents and unfinished wood pieces, for $400 you can definitely get a better quality bed frame

Nice thick cut pieces of real wood were used to make these bed frame. Also super easy to setup. Fast shipping too.

We bought this for our upgrade to a king bed and it’s a great frame for the price. It was a little squeaky after we first set up but was an easy fix. My wife and I just glued some felt to the joints and now there’s no noise. Compared to the price of other frames that might have this incorporated, definitely worth it

I recently purchased the bed frame due to the positive reviews, ease of assembly & price point. I also liked the fact that it’s veteran owned. It was easy to out together myself & so far has fit the bill & is quite comfortable. There was I’m one issue on one of the legs where there were cracks where the screws were put in. It doesn’t seem to have affected the integrity of the game, I just wanted to pass this info along. If, In time, it becomes an issue, I will let you know. I’m pretty happy with my purchase.

If you’re on the fence about buying from this company, don’t hesitate any longer!!! Bed was amazingly easy to assemble, price was very doable, very sturdy and it’s just what I wanted. I’m 67 years old and I can honestly tell you I had this put together in less time than it took to remove my old one. And did I mention that it’s beautiful! Will definitely buy from them when I need ( or want) to replace the other beds in my home. Shipping was quick, received 2 days after I ordered.

Hard to believe this bed frame is made so strong while having such a simple minimalist style. Using for a Cal King in our guest bedroom with a heavy high-end 15” luxury mattress. The slat system is very well made and close together with no slat longer than 2’. The dual center boards each have two thick solid wood pedestals to carry the full weight with zero sagging. There are the four outer legs and an additional four legs dispersed evenly under the bed. Absolutely delighted by the quality and price.

Bed frame was extremely easy to assemble - I could have done it by myself. Wood is quality, heavy and sturdy. Looks great, modern and simplistic and won't be noisy should there be lots of movement :)

Looks fantastic! Simple, sturdy and most important it only took less than 10 minutes to put together. I have 2 of these frames, natural and the gray, it’s beautiful!

My new Wooden Platform Bed Frame is perfect and definitely a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ platform bed! It was extremely easy to put together. We put it together in minutes. I love how the slates lock into a slotted baseboard without screwing them into place. Besides being the sturdiest platform bed I own it is absolutely beautiful and I own 4 and wish I had 4 of these platforms. The gray wood finish it exactly the color I desired and it shipped fast too. I love how modern and sleek it looks and the price was phenomenal. It certainly is luxury!

Putting it together was very simple! Took a little elbow grease for the corners and moving it was tough so I’d recommend building it exactly where you want it to stay. Love the look, great price, very solid.
