Q: Was a pillow actually supposed to come with the cover since it says pillow all over the description?

A: Seems to be a pillow cover only and you will need to provide and insert a pillow.(dimensions: 18x18 or 20x20 - depending on how full you want the pillow) This can be a good thing if you want a certain pillow texture (soft vs firm) or if you want to be able to wash the cover. I purchased the actual pillow and wished I had purchased the cover so I would have the option to wash or insert an upgraded down pillow.

Bought one when they first released and got a nice throw pillow. Decided later I wanted a matching set, so I ordered it again. The listing states pillow, never that it is just the case, but I received just a zip up pillow case.

It looks really great, the only problem is it's not a pillow... It is only the cover. I thought maybe I misread the description, but I came back and looked and nope it is described as pillow. I only received the covers. I will go to Ikea and buy a pillow center to put the covers on.
